Being out of items by 7:30p is not a good look and especially sour cream. Needing to wait for salad to be found was wild. It was packed and I understand dealing with a rush but yelling to the waiting group what you're out of is crazy. Just don't. I'll be back because they're close to home, but I won't ever expect much, and that's wild to me.

Worst chipotle in the area avoid at all costs. Was out of lettuce, pico was conveniently missing all ingredients besides tomatoes; employees played it off as normal

So my whole entire order was wrong, on the bag/cover of the my burrito bowl it said what I wanted on there. I got something that I did not want. Y’all can’t follow simple directions of what someone wanted in their order ??
This was not right at all because if it was y’all order y’all would’ve reacted the same way. Thanks but no thanks.

Food at this location is never done correctly. They do not take thier time whatsoever. The quality of food is distasteful. The guacamole is always disgusting, it always has other items in it and chunky not smashed correctly and no real ingredients in it. Very bland. I have ordered here a few times and every time the guacamole is nasty. They rush your order and are always out of items. The line is always dirty and so is the take out line. I live 30 mins away so to bring back food that is nasty is out the window but I will leave my review. They need to place the correct ingredients in thier food, make sure they have enough items for customers to order and stop rushing customers orders.

If I could give it less stars I would. The portions they provide are beyond tiny. If you ask for a bit more, the guy there acts all smug and says “we don’t do that around here. ask for double because you don’t get extra”. I’m not saying the customer is always right but poor service, even poorer attitude. I hope this place closes down.

I was charged 5.60 for a half a spoon of steak, it wasn’t even a cup, which I was charged for I would like a refund for my entire order. 12/13/24 12:27 pm order # 147

The food is disgusting, the service, all the rice is hard and the mess is unacceptable. I will not return because they do not give the portions of what the dish costs.

This is completely unacceptable and I will be going straight to corporate. I got the completely wrong order ,I got a bowl off of Uber that was supposed to have steak in it in other ads add-ons I’m going to assume that nobody cared to do their job and make more of anything because they gave me beef Barbacoa like I wasn’t gonna notice that it isn’t steak !! let alone I’m missing a bunch of things and it came as quick as possible, which can only make me assume that they did not even care to get it right just get it done

The worker pulled out her dirty phone while making my food and said “yeah it’s about time for me to clock out” Put her phone in her pocket and proceeded to touch all my food and rice .. no thanks. And the serving counter is always messy and never wiped down.

It seems well staffed but there's never any fajitas. Maybe for this location you have to bring your own.
