Customer service 0 they’re too young immature and rude. No type of positivity. They all follow behind eachother and very loud. I was there Saturday night the young man that was serving the food seemed as tho he hated his job. The other workers they didn’t care.. cleaning up with dirty rags placed over the food was allowing dirt from the rag to just fly everywhere very disrespectful and rude. Not one manager that could speak up… just ignorant little boys working there. Never AGAIN… PLYMOUTH MEETING MALL MUCH BETTER.. Cheltenham is ran horribly

Almost killed me gave me a beef bowl instead of a chicken bowl I haven't eaten Beef in about 6 years I'm sure I actually maybe allergic to it will never buy food from the one at Cheltenham again the crazy part it was labeled as a chicken bowl I had food poisoning the next morning vomiting and the runs attention to detail was not there that evening of purchase can't recommend this to nobody on that note

If you are open til 11:00 and running out of food by 8 something is wrong, the black beans were hard and not done, I asked for peppers on both Bowls they were not put on there, no tomatoes, no corn, no lettuce. The food was just thrown into the bowl sloppy. All I got was a bunch of rice and cheese what a mess
