messes up orders, had to tell them multiple times to correct my order, unable to follow through with instructions. This has to be the night shift it was around 8pm

In Cedarbrook Mall this place's services are awesome. They give you your money's worth. Out Blair Mill Rd that cold stone is horrible. The true pits and ice cream 🍨 is 🤢 nasty 🤮 they give you little scoops as well. Never going back and telling others it's not worth spending your money there. Go to Cedarbrook Mall it will be well worth the travel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beyond rude staff. Went in at 8pm and worker acted like he didn’t want to serve me or my family. And would not give us samples to try the ice cream. This is beyond ridiculous

Excellent ice cream, but people never order home delivery because they are irresponsible. I have already ordered home delivery twice and after an hour they cancel the order.

Me and my husband went to this location and I got a banana caramel crunch he got cake batter with Reese’s pieces and Reese’s cups. I didn’t get caramel and the guy didn’t even mix it up well I had a whole half of banana in it. I watch how he was acting like he didn’t want to be there. My husband’s was not mixed well either he packed it up and my husband said you forgot my Reese’s cups. He got a attitude and put them in with two chops no mixing. Then asked did we want a bag we said yes he was passing us our ice cream to bag it ourselves like that wasn’t his job. I said to myself never again. I’ll only go to the one in K O P! Should’ve gave 1 star but my family love cold stone. Don’t come to this one though 🤦🏽‍♀️

Love this ice cream store! The waiter said i couldn't get cookies and cream but she could smash up oreos and put them on vanilla ice cream.I love how the place looked so beautiful defiantly my style!

Service sucks they let you stand there until they hear the door twice. Don’t even say hello one second hold on anything. An always upset

Cold Stone is my favorite but this location is the WORST! Once I ordered a plain waffle bowl, they sent me a chocolate (I’m allergic to chocolate) or they just don’t send u the waffle bowel at all even though u paid for it & they don’t refund u! They sent me an Apple pie a la mode ice-cream with more cinnamon than the real filling. This place constantly messes up ur order/sends ur order missing without refund!

Shout out to a staff member here named George, we came in and this lady was screaming at him and he handled it with dignity and grace, then proceeded to make us some fantastic ice cream. My man George deserves a raise!

Worker was so rude , it was a sunday afternoon, place was empty i was excited to get some cold stone as i havent had them jn a while and the worker ruined the experience and was so rude. Had an attitude the whole time!

This has to be the worse coldstones I’ve ever been to. Me and my kids literally just left and the guy behind the counter was to rude, nonchalant and just looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He messed up both of my kids orders and charged me for add ins that I didn’t ask for. He didn’t greet us and just made me feel like he didn’t want to serve us at all. You may want to interview new employees because this one clearly isn’t fit for this kind of job. I usually go to the coldstones on aramingo avenue and they are so attentive and make you feel like they actually want to serve you. Feb 19th 7:00 pm. I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again

I’m rating 1 star in hopes of corporate getting more associates working. We just went to grab some ice cream but this young lady was by herself with no assistance at all. She was doing the best she can but at the time we came in more and more people starting to come in . She had about 10 people in line in less than 5 minutes, with no help whatsoever. This is completely unfair to that young lady and that should never happen. We walked out simply so that we wouldn’t add to her plate of customers.

Only giving it 1 star bc I thought the cashier was nice-but she DEF. played me. Me & a friend went to the Wyncote location on mon. Night around 8:42p(closed at 9p.) But we got served pleasantly…combined we ordered a choc. Oreo milkshake(one size) & a middle size(u love it?) choc. Devotion & added rainbow Jimmie’s.The choc. Dev. Is suppose to have choc. ice cream, fudge, choc. Chips & brownies…………..I’m not sure if she like kneaded the hell out of the mixture or what, & somehow the brownies disappeared? Bc there was none. And the choc. Chips or whatever they were supposed to be were so freakin hard my teeth hurt from trying to eat it & they also tasted like nothing. Paid $19 & some change. I want a refund forrreal
