They refused to let me use the restroom, claiming someone forgot the key inside, but I saw a male employee using the women’s restroom. I just needed to change a diaper, and they still said no. Turns out they don’t even have a diaper changing station. Dunkin’ should really inspect this location if they care about customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I ordered a matcha latte, but was given a regular latte instead. When I calmly informed the staff member, (an Indian woman who could barely speak English), that the order was incorrect, she became extremely rude and defensive—raising her voice and telling me it was my problem, not hers. I never blamed anyone; I simply pointed out the mistake. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking and almost comical. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated when those mistakes happen matters. I won’t be returning to this location.

so unsanitary , i watched the old indian lady cough all over mine and other peoples latte while making it. can barely speak english so its hard to communicate any issues customers have they’ll just tell you to call corporate . when u ask for number they’ll tell you to just “look it up” this dunkin is a joke
Usually good service, but this last time in drive thru the lady ( who i dont know and who isn't usually on) on the mic almost made me get out the car and go in the store and snatch her, 10 years ago i probably would have🤣.

Whenever I come here, it’s a gamble. I end up losing money from throwing away nasty coffee. Never again will I order here. No labels on the cup and coffee always taste like crap. One of my new year resolutions is to never come here even if it’s convenient. I’ll drive to the one at Glenside. I swear this older lady purposely does this to me. The manager Alam was rude at drive thru , kept saying “ OMG “ while I was trying to figure out my order and change the meat on the sandwhich , when I came inside after hearing how rude the manager was the co workers started to not give me the manager name because they knew how rude he was over the mic in drive thru.
