Whenever I come here, it’s a gamble. I end up losing money from throwing away nasty coffee. Never again will I order here. No labels on the cup and coffee always taste like crap. One of my new year resolutions is to never come here even if it’s convenient. I’ll drive to the one at Glenside. I swear this older lady purposely does this to me. The manager Alam was rude at drive thru , kept saying “ OMG “ while I was trying to figure out my order and change the meat on the sandwhich , when I came inside after hearing how rude the manager was the co workers started to not give me the manager name because they knew how rude he was over the mic in drive thru. They are super slow! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush to work. You will be late either way. I ordered online to avoid the line and when I got here the lobby was closed and I had to wait basically 15min in the line & I’m so irritated right now.

Worst dunkin experience ever. Ordered on the app (this was my first time at this dunkin). Walked in to pick up my order (just one cup of coffee) and was met with an empty lobby, 2 employees and my drink wasn’t made yet. So I patiently waited a few mins while the 2 employees (an older man and woman) walk past me repeatedly while I stood there. The woman was wiping counters down etc while actively ignoring me. So when we finally made eye contact I stated “I have a mobile order.” She proceeds to yell at me “HOLD ON A MINUTE!” As if I hadn’t been waiting there for at least 10 mins at this point. Then I proceeded to watch her take and fulfill drive thru orders that literally came after mine (using old coffee from pitchers and a milk gallon that was sitting on the countertop for a while). I ended up walking out and putting a case in for a refund through the Dunkin app. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever received at any dunkin (and I am a regular at a few in my area) and don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Food quality is terrible. It’s definitely not made daily. The bagels are hard & chewy, the muffins are like bricks and hash browns disintegrate in your hands. This is a far cry from when they first reopened.
