I ordered an order on the app. When I arrived could barley hear the person on the drive through. And saw on the screen that I was being charged for a coffee. When I said something she yelled at me that she told me to come around which was inaudible if she really did so. Maybe this person should stay at the counter and not on the drivethru if she cannot project or nicely say I'm sorry please pull around.

I ordered a protein latte with light ice and was given a cup that was only half full. When I questioned it, I was told this is their “new policy.” That’s unacceptable. Charging full price for half a drink because someone asks for light ice is ridiculous. Starbucks would NEVER!
Walked in ordered a hot chocolate and 2 donuts, another customer came in started calling the women working mommy the women working started saying hey daddy, this went back and forth about 5 min. He then ordered a couple diffrent coffees and donuts which he was served before I was served, as I waited for my order one of the women working noticed me pointed to me and proceeded to make my order. At this time the other customer was already getting a carrier napkins and whatever else. I then was told the blueberry donut I ordered was the last one but I had noticed a section when you first walk in with about 3 or 4 freshly made. I them was served a cup of hot milk barely tasted like chocolate so I took the top off and noticed my cup just above halfway filled. If it had not already taken 7 min to be served I would have walked back in to complain but I would have missed my bus.

I got hot coffee here with espresso shot done absolutely the way I like it. Ten out of ten! The chicken wrap was warmed up all the way through (some locations make it warm on the outside and freezing cold inside). Can't believe they're going to discontinue it 🥲

I purchased breakfast 2 days in the row. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich. First day I received sausage egg and cheese , ok no big deal , next day I told them about my wrong order and wanted to again purchase a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They apologize and gave me another sausage egg and cheese .. then added bacon .

I went to this location and bought 2 medium lemonades and a cup of ice and it was $13! I was so confused since I’ve never paid close to that much before. I went inside to ask how much the drinks were and they were 5.50 each! I go one the app and plug in my order to different locations in the area and no other location is charging this much for a blueberry breeze. So I google who’s responsible for price increases at Dunkin and it is the franchise owner. This is out of hand, I wont be going to this location. However, the employee who helped me was kind and patient explaining the pricing. I’m just appalled at the prices.

One of the worst dunkin donut in the city, I couldn't even understand what were they saying & also very unprofessional to keep the costumer happy.

They refused to let me use the restroom, claiming someone forgot the key inside, but I saw a male employee using the women’s restroom. I just needed to change a diaper, and they still said no. Turns out they don’t even have a diaper changing station. Dunkin’ should really inspect this location if they care about customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I ordered a matcha latte, but was given a regular latte instead. When I calmly informed the staff member, (an Indian woman who could barely speak English), that the order was incorrect, she became extremely rude and defensive—raising her voice and telling me it was my problem, not hers. I never blamed anyone; I simply pointed out the mistake. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking and almost comical. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated when those mistakes happen matters. I won’t be returning to this location.
Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s always closed and you see employees on their phone turning away Customers it’s sad to say now and people don’t wanna work. They wanna be on their phones.
