This is my first bad experience with an order at five guys. It was my first time ever trying their hot dog and it will definitely be my last overcooked and the bun was torn apart. My burger bun was dry and crunchy as well. After my experience tonight it will be a while before I try another five guys.

Been here 2x in the last month and customer service is always amazing. I believe the man who makes sure the orders are moving along is the Manager and he is great at what he does. Great customer service and great food.

I’ve been to this location twice so far and the food has been perfect. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! I also ate in this time and the place was clean.

I just so happen to be parking behind the foot locker that’s a few doors down from this establishment, and started to get out and walk over to five guys for a what I thought was gonna be juicy burger. As I’m getting out my vehicle I see about 2 of their staff members outside smoking marijuana in a KIA. It’s very unprofessional too see especially when I have my kids with me. This is not my first run in with them getting high then going to make our food. Not to mention their black shirt guy with the chipped teeth be smoking and getting high with them! Things like this should not be tolerated in our neighborhood especially when your working. Anyways I took my kids inside to use the rest room because I was no longer interested in the food and immediately I smell an aroma of marijuana threw the halls towards the bathroom. Hopefully I’m able to get in contact with HR because it’s ridiculous it starts with the black shirt if he’s out there smoking with his staff he don’t make it any better. Enough is enough!

First time here, I work up here but live 70mi away in Delaware. Usually I eat pb&j or Popeyes rarely. Today was my birthday and I wanted something different.
