They have forgot to give me all my food I ordered and I had to go back and get it plus the pizza dough was really wet at the bottom.

I know seeing food a 5 but the rest as 1’s would make anyone perplexed but my pizza was good. What wasn’t good as I was waiting I noticed what appeared to be someone training making various food items and didn’t wash his hands once. Instead, he wiped it on his pants and shirt. That’s HIGHLY unsanitary!! And to top it off, was very careless in how he made the food. Due to that, can’t go back.

On 4/13/2025 at 5:25 pm, my family and I went to Fresca Pizza for dinner after my daughter's tennis match. When we arrived, I went to the counter to place our food order. My husband wanted a cheese steak sub with mushrooms, lettuce, onions, tomato and mustard. My daughter wanted a bacon cheeseburger with just lettuce, cheese, bacon and mayonnaise. I wanted to get a steak sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers and mayonnaise. There was also 2 order of French fries with Old Bay. This was also a eat-in order and they made it as a carry-out. The male employee who was taking the order was arguing with me about my order and that they don't have subs only hoagies. A hoagie roll and sub roll are the EXACT same thing. He also said that they don't have steak. If they didn't have steak, why did my husband get a CHEESE STEAK. Also, there was another employee at the counter, who instead of working was more interested in wearing headphones and being on her computer/tablet. She told the male employee that she wanted his cell phone since he was on it and wasn't supposed to be BUT it was perfectly fine for her to be on her device. I didn't get my steak sub EVEN though, it was listed on their board as you walk in and listed in their carry-out menu. The EXCUSE given was that the board wasn't updated. I found this to be a LIE since I have gotten steak subs from there in the past. Neither employee acted in a professional manner to me. Also, my husband's sub was not correctly prepared and when they were advised of the issue, instead of correcting it, they ignored it. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I also believe that these two employees definitely need retraining and their electronic devices locked up.

I got a cheesesteak and slice of pep pizza to go. I thought the cheesesteak felt a little thin when the guy handed it to me. When i started eating the first half of it i was surprised to find that it felt like just peppers. I pulled the bread apart and this is how much meat was in my cheesesteak. If you want a cheesesteak in this area wadsworth pizza is worlds better than this bs. Would never get a steak here again. The pizza was ok

I had been wanting a slice of pizza for awhile and just stopped to see if Fresca Pizza offered this and they did and they were quite delicious... I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu ... I forgot to take pictures I had a slice of plain and pepperoni with water???????
