My husband and I ate here over the weekend and got horribly food poisoned. (Saturday 3/30/24)My husband had a fish po boy.I had a seafood boil.We shared lemon pepper wings.We didn't have any alcohol, just passion fruit lemonades.I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen, but we were sick as dogs a few hours after leaving and all the next day.I honestly can never eat here again.

So, I’ve only tried seafood boils from here via Uber eats. Yesterday was a very different experience from the rest. I kept finding tiny silver shards in my food… I’m not sure where it’s from but it’s most definitely a first for me… The boil consisted of clams, black mussels, crabs, corn, broccoli, corn and potatoes.

Worst seafood broil I've ever had..they gave me #9 spaghetti noodles in my boil...their was no sauce in my boil..potatoes were hard...no seasoning or nothing...I will never in life go here again...yal make the plaza look bad..horrible customer service..everybody looks miserable in that jawn...

The young girl at the counter looks miserable she doesn’t even speak when you come in she just looks at you until you start ordering. I tried to call and order to pick up no one answers the phone . I go in person to order and I call the number while I’m standing at the counter however the phone is on silent … I’m watching it ring smh .. the food is pretty good however the customer service is horrible except for one male waiter and the female manager .
Horrible service... We went to happy hour at the Cheltenham location at 503pm and sat at the table for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and then I speak to the hostess horrible young lady. Then I talk to the manager he was as bad as the hostess. Will never go there
