It really took 30 minutes to receive my order after the app said it was ready. As I'm waiting I ask the girl with the braids and working the drive through looks at me like how dear you ask about my order and said nothing. To not acknowledge people is bad business. Actually the store was under staffed and had everyone waiting. If KFC is trying to get people through the doors again they need to start with their customer service.

The worst KFC in the city. My mobile order took 30 mins. For 12 wings and wedges. Paid extra for a large but no lids. Manager said “Just give him a medium”. And that was 3/4 full. Do not go here

NEVER have items I would like to order.... Basically don't go there if you want fried chicken bc they are always out of it, they're out of the flavors, they're out of white meat, they're out of dark meat, they're out of all the meats....tighten up KFC

DELIVERY PARTNERS SUCH AS UBER EATS, GRUBHUB, DOORDASH - DO NOT BOTHER PICKING UP FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. Employees are rude, they REFUSE to let any partnered drivers who are picking up order to use the bathroom without making a purchase regardless if we are delivering their customers food. Don’t waste your time working with this store.

No AC, women’s room was unavailable at the time of visit.

Drive thru missed the sauce twice.

5 piece tender box only had 4.

If ordering for pickup, they may not have any food ready for you. Waited an hour for food. Gave me the runaround twice that it’ll be another 15 minutes or so. By that point, it was too late to go anywhere else.

Would avoid this place.

I was excited to see the store. Looks like it’s been remodeled since I’ve last been in there. The service I just acquired was TRASH!!! The two girls with braids, one with glasses had the NASTIEST attitudes I’ve ever seen. Dear people, YOU DONT HAVE TO WORK SOMEWHERE!! No one is forcing you! I did call them some names because I was being purposely ignored and no communication was given. Just eye rolls and attitude. Fire them!!! Please and thanks.

Worst KFC I've ever seen with boiled chicken and dirty tabes

Let's talk about the $10 "deal". We pull up to order the $10 dollar meal deal and asked for sides other than mashed potatoes. The lady on the speaker says you can't switch sides. You're telling me that the ONLY 2 sides you can get are 2 sides of mashed potatoes??? This must be the only KFC that does this or she was being ignorant. Lose customers in this economy if you want to but that's one way to do it.
Who is the manager? You need to change this asap or hire a different person to take orders on a Friday night.
