Let's talk about the $10 "deal". We pull up to order the $10 dollar meal deal and asked for sides other than mashed potatoes. The lady on the speaker says you can't switch sides. You're telling me that the ONLY 2 sides you can get are 2 sides of mashed potatoes??? This must be the only KFC that does this or she was being ignorant. Lose customers in this economy if you want to but that's one way to do it. Who is the manager? You need to change this asap or hire a different person to take orders on a Friday night.

I just bought a pot pie and it had no chicken at all. Not even one piece of chicken. I called customer support and Yam(representative name) offered me a $10 voucher instead of refunding me the money since i didn't eat the mashed with vegetable they gave me. I think this is wrong since they should just do the refund because i dont want to eat anything else from kfc for a long time. Also i asked to speak to a supervisor and i was told there was no supervisor available and that either way they will say the same thing the representative said. Horrible service at the store and on the 800 number.

i have been going to your store for years. Since March 2024 I find the service and staff to be terrible and not friendly or customer oriented at all. Starting in March I have gone once a week to this location and it is always between the hours of 5:30 and 7:30 pm. A summary of the visits are as follows. On seven occasions no ice has been available. When I asked after the fourth week in a row I was told to write the company. On three occasions I was told only Dark meat is available. On two occasions I was told " we are out of tenders. On one occasion when I ordered four chicken tenders I was told " "We are only serving Three Tender meals, no four tender meals are available." On two occasions no pepsi was available, on several occasions there is a sign on the door which reads " Drive Thru Only" and my most recent visit, last evening at 6:15 pm, I ordered the 4 tender meal with a pepsi. I was told " We have no Tenders and there is no Ice available for your drink. I asked the Drive Thru attendant why no tenders and no Ice and I was told " Take It up to corporate, we only work here" I do not understand how a KFC franchise can have so many shortages of product when you are in a single product industry. We only serve 3 Tender meals not 4????? what is this ? and to not have a working ice machine for most weeks from April Thru July??? I always preferred KFC chicken and consider myself loyal to a brand. For this reason I have never even tried Chick Filet despite many people praising the chain. I have given KFC more than enough opportunities to rectify their short comings but enough is enough. If your Goal is to run the franchise into the ground I congratulate you on your efforts to date, I am sure with the current attention to detail you will achieve your goal in no time.

Terrible service. A young man and woman both looked at me when I walked in and didn’t acknowledge me until several minutes later when another woman walked In they said someone will be right with you, to her. They then helped the woman that walked in minutes after me first and didn’t take me until her whole order was ready. I then got my pickup order and asked for the drink because they said nothing about it and I got a rude reply telling me to give her a second. I was also served a warm drink with no ice as the next employee was also rude. Both times I’ve been here it’s been terrible service, this place is straight up ghetto and the employees are rude kids. Go to the Popeyes down the street

Not very polite and food was disgusting. The chicken had a white film on it and the skin was falling off it like someone was picking on it.
Never go to this kfc, there were hair in my food they found the smallest piece of chicken they could....the workers dont greet and everyone just looks mad.
