Never go to this kfc, there were hair in my food they found the smallest piece of chicken they could....the workers dont greet and everyone just looks mad.

Went for the Chizza they are heavily advertising, and they don't have it. Then they didn't have sweet tea. And then they said the ice machine was broken. Really!? Why are you open?

The chicken was cold and not seasoned,the biscuits were gummy raw on the inside,the corn 2days old and the Mac and cheese taste like glue. The worst KC I ever had. Please don't go .????

We went a few miles past KFC, Willow Grove, to get this chicken because Willow Grove was unresponsive to phone calls and inquiries. We contacted Wyncote and they were very helpful, cooperative and kind. A world of difference and much appreciated!!

Dined in. I paid $38 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal. Soda was flat and they didn't have ice. Bathrooms were closed. Hospitality = 0. Food was mediocre. I haven't been to KFC in a while because I felt like the food declined in quality. Now I know it declined in value. Wasn't worth the money or time spent.

Every time I go in this KFC don't matter what time it is its never no pot pies. Last time I went 1 hour after they opened they didn't have none. Also I waited for one to be made it took a hour... plus it's always a young lady with a nasty attitude taking customer orders. I take customer service very seriously..But I do love the spicy chicken.I wanted a pot pie ? for my husband tonight. But only left out with a small mash potatoes...
The chicken was soggy, the biscuits were hard and the Mac & cheese was garlicky; nasty! The best thing was the drink!! And the person taking the order didn't even know what sides they had!! Sheesh! Never going there again!!
