Customer service here is awesome. The constant is Shirley-always giving service with a smile and making sure things are moving efficiently in what is typically a busy store. There is also a new manager (don't know her name) whose service is amazing and who moves through customers very quickly. I don't eat fast food, but I love this location.

I'm standing to give my order, I'm the only one in line, 3 employees were tending to a pickup order with that customer, I was told by another employee that I had to wait for one of the other 3 employees to take my order. There's no efficiency.

The dynamic between the super -impatient , irritable male customers who don’t appreciate there are several people/online orders preceding them and the employees (all black women) is off-putting. Standing in line and observing this and orders visibly stacking up (even through the workers are doing the best they can) is off/putting.

What I enjoyed about this Panda Express, was the food was freshly prepared and constantly replenished. To me that shows that the food isn't sitting in the warmers for a long period of time. My chief complaint was the long wait in line. I ordered and paid for 3 entrees, I only received 2. My guess is because of all the chaos in line (people waiting or food to be prepared and lack of staff. More staff is needed and perhaps a manager, as I didn't see one. Overall, Panda is Panda. The food is usually good.

I went to Panda Express on Cheltenham Ave. and was blown away from the attentiveness of my cashier when I was waiting on my food. I ordered the honey shrimp which is always on point but it was low, so they needed to refill the pan, so it took a second. She saw me waiting, came over and gave me a complimetary fruit juice of my choice and apologized and thanked me for the wait. She was very nice all around start to finish. I appreciate that when spending my money in places. I had to give a review because good food service is extremelyyy hard to come by these days. I think my cashier's name was J. Weendride. We need helpful, no attitude, attentive and beautiful people that wake up and love what they do daily like her many other places here in Philly. Thank you J

Just went to pick up a late night dinner and staff was HUSTLING very polite, clean and good energy! Who ever was working tonight around 9 pm needs to be praised!

The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. They communicated clearly with my order. When there was going to be a delay they went above and beyond to accommodate me.
