Customer service here is awesome. The constant is Shirley-always giving service with a smile and making sure things are moving efficiently in what is typically a busy store. There is also a new manager (don't know her name) whose service is amazing and who moves through customers very quickly. I don't eat fast food, but I love this location.
The dynamic between the super -impatient , irritable male customers who don’t appreciate there are several people/online orders preceding them and the employees (all black women) is off-putting. Standing in line and observing this and orders visibly stacking up (even through the workers are doing the best they can) is off/putting.
What I enjoyed about this Panda Express, was the food was freshly prepared and constantly replenished. To me that shows that the food isn't sitting in the warmers for a long period of time. My chief complaint was the long wait in line. I ordered and paid for 3 entrees, I only received 2. My guess is because of all the chaos in line (people waiting or food to be prepared and lack of staff. More staff is needed and perhaps a manager, as I didn't see one. Overall, Panda...
