One of the friendliest Rita's I have been to this year, the staff who works the front is kind and patient.
Each visit I've had the staff is always with smiles even during high traffic. My pretzels are always softđ and warm đ. My favorite treat to pair is a mango gelatiđ„°. The atmosphere is always looking and feeling refreshed.

Clear floors,great music and wonderful service. The new owners definitely have stepped up the level of service. My family is making this our regular spot.. for the kids mostly the treats and for us mostly the service both of which are awesome!

The customer service was beautiful. I just wish the cheese pretzels me and my husband ordered actually came with cheese. Where's The Cheese In My Pretzel?????? When yall find some, please let me know! I paid for the "cheese" in our pretzels and got a big donut hole!

Don't eat there. The little short light skin girl took and made our order. It taste likeit was chemicals in our stuff. The little psycho. I should take it out the trash to be tested

Just arrived at 9:22 PM and the store was closing. Employee locked door and shook their head they were closed. Advertised open until 10 PM.Response to owner: You claim there is nowhere that states you're open until 10? Check your hours listed on Google. From 12 PM - 10 PM 7 days a week. Google said the business was "Open" in green text when I arrived. I drove there for no reason.
