Clear floors,great music and wonderful service. The new owners definitely have stepped up the level of service. My family is making this our regular spot.. for the kids mostly the treats and for us mostly the service both of which are awesome!
The customer service was beautiful. I just wish the cheese pretzels me and my husband ordered actually came with cheese. Where's The Cheese In My Pretzel?????? When yall find some, please let me know! I paid for the "cheese" in our pretzels and got a big donut hole!
I love Rita's and this is the closest one to me but, I find that there are a lot of young kids working here and there professionalism is lacking. One time I walked in and a young lady gave me a weird stare and a bit of attitude when taking my order. Today, two young ladies in the back were arguing with each other or about someone else and the line was long. The store was also very hot in the heat wave, no air conditioning??
