The actual menu at the store was different from the online one, with a few traditional items. Not sure how they got 000’s of good reviews, as the food was greasy and bland. The killer was the kheer we ordered for takeout, which had no rice and tasted like Cerelac—first and last visit. Not many patrons on Friday evening was also a red flag, as we expected it to be a popular place. The server was friendly and did everything to make things better.

I ordered two chicken biryanis and one pair of garlic naan, and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I asked for my chicken biryani to be spicy, but it barely had any spice. The chicken in the biryani itself was quite gamy and had a weird texture. The garlic naan wasn’t even savory—it was oddly sweet, which was really disappointing. I feel like I wasted my money on this order for just mediocre and unsatisfying desi food. For food that is supposed to be halal, it was so terrible that I would personally consider it haram.

After reading positive reviews we decided to give this place a try. The food was just baaaad, really bad. Gravy tasted like ketchup, nan was tasteless and cauliflower appetizer was undercooked. If you’re in the area and want quality Indian food, go to Lilly’s. It’s pricier there but it’s worth it.

would love to see this place become an area food staple. really, really good. we got the falafel, hummus, lamb korma, and lamb nahari with rice. all were total hits! good portion sizes - chef and owner is very talented. service is quick, accurate, and attentive.
