Heavy set Muslim young lady was very rude! Ordered fries only, she told me my order would be less than 5 minutes. I waited in the store for 35 minutes. She never approached me. I had to go back to the front where another young lady was getting on/off break and assisted me.

that one muslim lady was beyond rude, giving customers attitude and getting mad that we wanna order and she has to do her job??? she was mad i stopped her in her conversation to ask for a ranch she looked at me like i was crazy, yall hired the wrong people😂😂😒😒😒
I want to make a big shoutout to the staff here and especially the manager Paul Young. I had an issue and wrote in and was contacted that same day to address, apologize and fix it. The food was great and the employees were kind and helpful too!!

I made an online order at 4pm to pickup at 6:30pm.. I arrived at 6:25 and first had to wait 10min before someone even acknowledged me. Then 30mins later my order was being prepared!
Food is good, but The service is horrible..
Literally the worst possible service I can imagine. I’ve never been in the store, only have ordered online and the service is total butt. I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive and it never did. They never pick up their phone when you try to call them. They are absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Stay as far away as possible.

We get Wingstop delivered and it still shows up hot, crispy, and ridiculously good. The fries survive the trip like champs, and the ranch deserves its own fan club. Honestly, I think the delivery driver deserves wings too for not eating ours on the way over!

The employees at this location could learn how to interact with people and communicate with the customers. To say angry at my entire experience today is an understatement. To start, I walk into the restaurant and every employee looks at me but no one acknowledged me or asked if I was picking up or placing an order. It wasn't until one of the girls was coming to the register to get an order ticket and turning around to go back to the kitchen that she decided to ask the name on my order. I tell her and she says nothing back. I placed my order online at 8:39 pm, I came in the restaurant at 9:09 (my wait was supposed to be 21 minutes). I also notice that no one in the kitchen has hair nets nor gloves on but is continuously touching their faces and preparing food. No one tells me how long the wait is going to be so I wait for 10 minutes with no update on my order. I leave back out of the restaurant. I come back 15 minutes later and the same girl I spoke to initially hasn't even begun to prepare my order. It is not until 9:58 that I get my food. Why ask what the order name is and not clarify the order if you were confused. I will not be returning to this establishment until the employees get proper training.

Picked up online orders for Uber here and tonight my boyfriend and I finally tried it using the BOGO tenders deal. Tenders were huge and actual tenders unlike 80% of restaurants. Tasty and fresh. Also the staff is always friendly.
