Charcoal BYOB is a lovely restaurant set across from the Delaware River, offering a wonderful venue to enjoy freshly prepared salads, burgers, and dishes. The inspired menu features excellent food with ample portions, highlighting dishes like the creative salads, Gluten Free pasta, and the outstanding short rib. Customers often praise the delicious breakfast options, including the popular Eggs Benedict and the light yet filling broccoli rabe & cheese omelette. The restaurant is known for its amazing Brioche Donuts and the commitment to local ingredients. While some diners find the food incredible, there are concerns about the use of styrofoam for leftovers and to-go orders, encouraging the restaurant to consider more environmentally friendly packaging. With beautiful views of the river and attentive service, Charcoal provides a memorable dining experience, especially near the picturesque Washington's Crossing Park.
