Food is great!!! So it's almost worth the wait, as the service is poor. They could use an extra person on the floor. One person greets, answers phones, takes care of the take out, dine-in, waits and cleans up the tables... Needless to say everyone is always waiting too long. This has been the experience at least last 3 times in a row.

Horrible service. One evening I waited 15 minutes to place a take out order and no one even spoke to me, so I left. They do not know how to properly prepare a take out order without mistakes.

My family and I went to Charming Garden for almost 3 years, and we were always very happy with the food (not greasy, large portions). However, the last time I ate their chicken and broccoli, I ended up getting sick. I'm not sure if it was from the food or something else, but we haven't gone there since.
Worst Chinese food I've ever had. I've tried it a few times and every time is was gross and cold. Seriously, go anywhere else.

We are very easy going people. My wife walked up to the counter and ordered at 6:01pm on a Sunday. They said 20-25 minutes. We came back at 630pm still no food, not communication, just a “we are backed up.†Meanwhile we have a 6 month old in the car, which of course isn't their problem, but one could imagine. After over an hour, food came out for take out, no, “I'm sorry,†or anything like that. We also had an issue their on Christmas Eve a few years back, but we will not be recommending any of our friends or neighbors to go there again.

My chicken Yaki Tori was delicious! I ordered Lemon Chicken dinner. Only thing I didn't like is that with the high price of the dinner, it didn't include a dinner salad and/or soup. You get a pickled cabbage dish to share in its place. I also did not like it only comes with white rice without an option (for extra $ of course), fried rice as the side. You have to buy a whole extra dinner of fried rice if you'd prefer that. The quality of the food was A+. I will definately go again!
