Chipotle CS ended up refunding the entire order. However, they need help getting their act together. We ordered for 2 kids and 4 adults. They did not tell me until I picked up the order: no chimmichurri sauce ($1 each), no fresh fruit, no chocolate milk. All of the adults bowls were missing sofritas, salsas. It was overflowing with sour cream and cheese. Finally, order was promised in the app at 6:20PM, but wasn't ready until 6:53PM. Several customers were upset at the pickup line.

The worst chipotle I ever been to. Ordered 3 tacos, hard shell. Each shell was broken in half when received. Wrapped instead of put in a carton. Included a fraction of meat.

The new Chipotle in Yardley is clean, quick, and well run. The staff are friendly, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. Even with a line, it moved fast, and the place stayed spotless. It’s great not having to drive to Newtown or Oxford Valley anymore, this one’s already my go to spot.

Tried this new location. Food was awful, I ate maybe 1/3 of my burrito before throwing it out. This was the last time I'll ever go to any Chipotle, period.

I was hoping this one would be better since the one in Newtown is complete trash and I stopped going due to it being like a frat house, undercooked rice and the workers looking high out of their minds and acting annoyed when you make them do their job. The vibe at yardley wasn’t much different and noticed a worker there from the Newtown location. The girl who rang me up and was putting my food in the bag had no gloves one and an open wound on her hand like a viable scab or something. That’s absolutely against food and health safety and needs to be fixed ASAP as that’s disgusting and bare minimum health standards. Not sure what it is with chipotles around here but the foods always mid at best, never looks fresh. Hope the fix it before they become like the Newtown branch. Go look at that ones reviews

Made the mistake of DoorDashing when everyone knows you should never DoorDash Chipotle (because they will make it so poorly). Hoped since this is a new location, maybe they’d still be putting in real effort, but the opposite was true. Ordered a Burrito Bowl and they ignored all topping requests, and served meat on rice. No salsas, corn, or cheese, nothing. They didn't even put cheese on the Quesadilla! Literally every item was dry and inedible, threw most of it away. Officially done doing business with Chipotle

Stopped in yesterday, thought it was open however they let us come in and order anyway, which was super nice of them!
The service was so fast, quicker than any Chipotle I've been to before. The food was great as usual, fresh and flavorful. The interior is set up the same as any other Chipotle. It was bright and clean. Staff was so nice and friendly. They had more beverage selection with their non fountain drinks which I liked.
