I had a very wonderful experience at this location today when I went there, they helped me with my order, make sure that I got everything that I wanted. Sara who took my order was very kind and friendly. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Ordered on app in advance, but upon arriving at store found they were sold out. Was not interested in alternate flavors or cash refund, but store personnel were not able to refund the order to the app.
1. The application needs to be able to account for sold out inventory.
2. The local store should be able to refund app orders to rectify the inventory mistake.
3. Who at corporate thought it was a good idea to replace store baked Pumpkin muffins with prepackaged pumpkin loaf slices (which are just not good)?
I bought the meal deal with wraps a few days ago, at a location 5 miles away in NJ. It was full of eggs and many strips of bacon. I thought I'd buy more at this location here, near home, copying the same order.
Barely any egg or bacon! Just a greasy tortilla with a little bit of scrawny protein. This location should be ashamed of themselves for even letting this go out the door.

The owner here is the best. I come in a few mornings a week and he knows my order before I even walk in the door. He treats everybody like that. Love making the pit stop to this location when I can.

Ordered ahead online, loaded hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were cold and hard as a rock, almost inedible. The fork could not even get through the hashbrowns, as well as the “queso” has always been cold every time I order from the location. To top it off, the cup was barely halfway filled. I’m highly disappointed with my visit and feel ripped off. This is disgraceful considering us customers put our trust in these workers to serve us (somewhat) fresh food. I certainly do not like to pay money for inedible food. I’m hoping these hashbrowns were not from servings from the day before. Be careful, customers.

My hash browns were burnt and hard. It looks like they were cooked twice (warming up yesterday's unsold hash browns?)

An easy ZERO star. Customer service is really nice, staff are yelling to make sure you hear what they say, and playing deaf when you are talking. Price misrepresentation, charge based on their liking not what on you actually ordered. And good luck to get a receipt, because you won't, unless you request strongly.
What if you eventually find out what they did and trying to file a complaint? The staff their are well trained, there is no way you can have the store managers name. Well, when you search thoroughly, you can find the names on the wall.
In general, if you would like to ruin you day, go to this place. Works like charm. What a store.
