An easy ZERO star. Customer service is really nice, staff are yelling to make sure you hear what they say, and playing deaf when you are talking. Price misrepresentation, charge based on their liking not what on you actually ordered. And good luck to get a receipt, because you won't, unless you request strongly.
What if you eventually find out what they did and trying to file a complaint? The staff their are well trained, there is no way you can have the store managers name. Well, when you search thoroughly, you can find the names on the wall.
In general, if you would like to ruin you day, go to this place. Works like charm. What a store.

Terrible service. Tried to ask for a ping pong paddle for the ping pong table right outside the Dunkin’ and worker got mad and started being rude to me for asking politely. He didn’t even want to say anything after I said “Thank you” and just dismissed me even though I was very nice about it. Wouldn’t come back. 0 stars.

I DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!
I paid with my credit card, everything worked and was "approved". Then as I was about to get into my car, worker ran out and told me that it actually did not go through. I went back inside, paid with the same card and the machine said it was again approved. The guy said even though it said approved it actually wasn't, I used another card, he said that was good. Then I later saw that both cards were actually charged as I originally thought. I went back that same day to refute the charge, the workers told me that I have to come back when the manager named "Rick" was around. There was no way that I was going to come back a third time. I'll contact corporate and my bank, but I will never do business with this place again. If anyone else is considering purchasing something from here, I would ensure that they do not try to double charge you as well. Probably best to just go to another coffee shop in general

Duncan is always going to be known for a coffee that Donuts be still a lot and they fooled not so foolish but some Dunkin Donuts have better customer service than other and pay more attention to what you asking for it than others and can get it right but you can't take nothing away from dunking coffee it's just the service is not what it used to be

My wife and I met at a Dunkin Donuts in the 1970's when donuts were made 2X a day in the store. I have not frequented this location often this time we received borderline stale muffins, my wife wanted a latte tea, it tasted like wall paper removerI used the bathroom could have been cleaner.When I took back the first 2 muffins for change,the seconds weren't much better.The clerk got nasty with me instead of making it rightDo yourselves a favor people go to Wawa the coffee is a helluva lot better and most Wawa have more professionals. Kinder.
