Lots to choose from. Kind service.
Stopped by because I signed up for their app and they sent me a coupon for a free bagel and smear with any purchase if I used the mobile app.
The app was easy to use. There are a lot of flavor options. Some are an extra fee including the one I opted for, the hash brown bagel. I ordered it toasted with plain cream cheese and a bottle of Diet Coke. They do not have fountain soda, which is something I love.
The first thing I noticed was the bagel was cut how I liked it. It was nicely toasted and the cream cheese smear was heavy handed and delicious. The hash brown topping was good but it wasn't through out the bagel. Made me wish I had tried the French toast option. The size of the bagel was large and it was very filling .
The prices here are on the higher side but I noticed I have some great deals in app including a birthday offer for a free egg sandwich with any purchase. Another visit to give this a try is in my near future!
Staff is resist or doing discrimination with customer
We have limited einstein bagels in NY so whenever i visit my sister in PA i always try to get gourmet bagels with jalapenos and spinach, this Dec 24th i drove around 30 min from Bensalem to this store in snow and i had very bad experience with server name Kim my purchase was worth $37.40 i requested her bagel box with 12 bagels and 2 tubs for cream and cheese i asked for jalapenos and spinach mostly but she was rude in a way of saying like she doesn't have any more spinach i said i can wait if you can make since i come once or twice a year in PA i really wanted to have it but she said no she can't make even if i wait it was only 11AM. Then i said ok give me 4 jalapenos those were at screen she said she can't give me all 4 as she might get door dash orders and she wanted to save for them. She said she can't give all gourmet orders even though i said i am willing to pay extras. One more thing there were spinach bagels on the rack came out of oven and she said those are for the customer but she could have given me those or could have make new one as i was willing to wait. It felt like her body language was saying she wasn't happy to serve me at all it felt like she was being resist or doing discrimination

After Covid they haven’t found their way back. Used to be good but today not so much! Managers not very personable, have their own table in the store. See photo. Should be in back! Tomato on sandwich hard and raw! See photo . Managers need more training! The girl Kim is very good and she should run that location!

Place is horrible, I don't understand why people who are serving need to have a personal conversation with their coworkers and ignoring you while you are there. Food tastes like crap, the eggs feel like a wet sponge.

Q: how long does it take five people working behind the counter at Einstein Bagels to put cream cheese on a bagel?
A: seven minutes
True. Store wasn’t busy either. Too late of course, but while waiting I remembered why I don’t come here anymore.

I ordered the avocado toast with added tomato. I wish I had taken a picture but u didn’t. There was barely any avocado on the bagel and it had no taste. This was the third time I ordered from this place and my food looked as if they were afraid to add the ingredients and it had no flavor. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a bacon & cheddar eggs sandwich. The food tasted good (hence the 3 stars) but wasn't very filling. The menu posted in the restaurant was quite limited and lacked options. They don't do wraps nor do they have a wide variety of spreads available.
If you're in the area, I'd opt for RJ's Bagels (also in Yardley) or Keystone Bagels in Levittown. Both are delicious and have expansive menus.
Garden avocado egg sandwich, with no egg. I thought the other reviews were a fluke but no this is absolutely ridiculous. Cold hash browns all of our sandwiches were similar. Management better get a handle on its employees. Very disappointed customer.
