I think your bongo offer is very good for attracting new customers. Your food is delicious.

Great, quick and friendly service. Food is very good especially for a chain, albeit a small chain. I believe 3-5 locations with more planned. Their rewards program seems above average. I received a couple dollars off for signing up. I only bought a pita wrap 2-3 times before I had a free baklava available. A couple more visits and I had enough points for a free side.
I'm updating this more than a year later because of an additional great experience. I hadn't gone to this location in probably just about a year because I moved out of the area. It was after my birthday by days or maybe even weeks. I walked in got a free entree as a birthday present as well as a side and dessert I had points for dad I suppose didn't expire!

Very flavorful food but staff wasn’t really helpful in determining what to order. We frequent Cava and we were really looking for some “oh, this is your first time here, let me help you out!”

Got nothing short of the feeling that we were putting the staff out trying to understand various options and how things worked / what would be best together.

What we ended up with was excellent and very flavorful. Just kinda painful to get there

Not worth the price for the amount of protein you get, and after the recent menu changes there are no more reasons to go back. Used to be better, like most restaurants.

#1 No more beef & lamb shwarma! WTH?

#2 How can you have falafel and no falafel chutney?? It was by far the best sauce on the menu, and the menu still lists it but the last few times ive been there they say they no longer make it and that its been removed. Girl who looked like the manager said it was too 'complicated/complex' to make? Umm....

#3 Cheeze wiz belongs no where near a supposed Middle Eastern resturant or near my Middle Eastern food. Ever. Period.

Sounds to me like the accountant is running the business now.

The food itself tastes good, but the portion sizes are extremely disappointing for the price ($16) My order was mostly veggies (nearly half the container), with only **one small scoop of rice** and a **tiny amount of chicken**—barely enough to justify the cost. If I’m paying this much, I expect a fair balance of ingredients. Hopefully, the restaurant adjusts their portions to match what they charge.

Very tasty, seemingly-healthy food, some rice slightly underdone.

The food sucks and the portions are tiny. Also the food was barely heated up.
