The patties are 1/16" thick. Really. Oh and they were *very* well done. Ok, burnt.
And the fries were cold and stale. They have different sauces for the fries (garlic parm, etc.), I guess I should've gotten that bc it seems the regular fries are just sitting there cold in a box for hours.
Now I know, you're thinking "that was just a bad night". Yeah, I get it but I've been to Five Guys maybe 2 dozen times and _never_ had a bad burger (or fries).
This review is a little tough love but c'mon, you gotta do better

First time trying this burger spot, got the triple the burger had good flavor but was smashed a bit too thin and was dry without the sauce. The fries need better cheese I don't understand the obsession with using hard cheeses for cheese fries after it melts onto the fries it always takes on a hard plastic consistency I don't see the appeal. But fries were a little flavorless and soggy anyway. A little disappointed after basing my decision to go here off of the great reviews this place had.

Amazing smashed burger. Their smashed burger reminded me of The Fare Porter in Haddonfield NJ when they were in business. Will definitely be coming back every time I’m driving to Philly from central/north Jersey or New York

First time here for a smashburger The flavor of the burger and how it was cooked was great!! i ordered the Double burger with lettuce tomato and raw onion with the Tip i believe it came to around 17.00 . there was very little lettuce only a meager small slice of tomato and barely any onion , for that kind of money for a glorified hamburger you would think they would give ample toppings.. i would have liked fries however i wasnt paying 6.00 just so i could have fries if splitting with a few people surei understand they need to make a profit,, however a little more lettuce and tomato and onion wont break the bank

Man, you have to try these burgers. Small menu but huge on taste. Great options for toppings. The signature double was fantastic. The garlic parm French fries are loaded, fresh and delicious. Also had a mocha milkshake that had an excellent combination of real coffee and chocolate syrup. Absolutely delicious all around.
