Terrible service
Didn’t even try on my drink and gave me old
Lemonade and I heard them say I think we need to refil this It’s been here for days and I see somthing and they still severed it
Great place , great people .
Waited 10 mins for drinks to be started in a empty place. I approached the counter to see what the status of the drinks were, considering the 3 ladies were gossiping loudly about other co workers I figured my two simple drinks were complete. I was wrong, still were not started. Once they realized they never started the drinks for the only customers in the lobby they then began talking about how they like making angry customers wait for their coffee on purpose. Customer does not come first to this afternoon trio. Latte was ok tho.

This is a good place, horrible parking(maybe 4 cars at most ) but the younger gentleman was talking so long to his gf or friend about his time working at the Valley of Fear and how it affected him(shame) that I tried not to say anything but after almost 10 minutes of listening to him talk to her they were 11 drink orders behind and I couldn't wait because I had someplace to be. So the Manager kindly refunded me my money.
They also collect for the poor for Christmas and you can take a tag off the wall to help a needy child.
I like that they are involved in the community.

Unreliable service - there is no telling how service will be from day to day at this place. Some days the baristas are great and make it a welcoming atmosphere and other days it feels like you’re burdening them by asking about an order you made 15+ minutes ago and are just checking on.

they made my drink wrong and then complained about me to the other barista. why are you mad that you had to do your job?
Quick friendly service, personable folks workin hard, and properly prepared food and beverage items.. this kind of an experience is unheard of for a Starbucks in this day and age, very nice people here

When you hire children, integrity can be compromised. Cleanliness, or lack there of, is the best way to tell if your food/drink is safe to consume. But then again... there is nothing wrong with strengthening one's immune system.

I usually don't leave negative reviews but today when I went to Starbucks at 3:40p.m. I placed my order for a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, a turkey bacon, egg white and cheese sandwich and a pineapple cake. The young lady taking the orders was also the person preparing the orders. She made a few drinks(1 of which was mine). There was another employee there talking and cleaning equipment but not much help to the young lady. ? I continued standing there for about 3-4 minutes and I asked the employee if the rest of my order was being prepared? She said "I'm making these drinks and then I'll work on the rest of the order." I said I have to go to work in 5 minutes. She then went to make the sandwich and get the cake. When she placed the items on the counter she did it with an attitude. That is not acceptable behavior. I, too also work in the service industry and I know how customers should be treated.

Very pleasant and clean, fast service and nice baristas
Me and my friend came in to get starbucks. My friend had mobile ordered her drink and I didn’t. I was ordering my drink and the worker told me my total so i scanned my card and she starts yelling at me that I have to be patient and wait for her to tell me when. I understand that but she gave me extreme attitude. My drink came out after a good 10 minutes and then we are still waiting for my friends drink even though she bike ordered it ahead of time. It passes like over 15 minutes and I ask the worker if they had my friends order because she ordered it like 15 minutes ago. She looks me dead in the eye with a dirty look then looks back at her computer screen. I’m confused and back away. She looks at me and says in a super rude tone “we’re working on it.” I could tell they forgot. I can see her making the drink with rage bc she slammed the fridge door. She then puts down the drink very hard next to my friend and walks away. Hours later me and my friend’s stomachs both hurt so much lol. Possibly a coincidence. Just wanted to say that we did not feel welcomed here.
