The service is is great. They are warm, friendly and authentic. The food always delivers. Its a big old house with many rooms and three levels. The atmosphere is warm and homey while having subtle elegance. Saturday night is busy so the noise level is a bit more than say a Sunday early dinner, which is when we normally go. Just happened to go Saturday this time and it was a happy bustling evening. Rosa Bianca is on our regular go to list of restaurants.

The server was kind and attentive, and the place was cute. When we complained that we were cold, they brought a space heater over just for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. Everything was over salted. The short ribs were 90% fat. The bread was stale.

I've eaten here many times unfortunately this last time was a miss for me, watery risotto, appetizers missing ingredients, many items on the menu not available although we had an early seating, low end menu choices, less attentive service than usual, and in general disappointing because the service was not anticipating our needs and we had to request everything we needed. I was hoping for better with my entire immediate family there. Sorry to have to report this non impressive review.

Had our 60th birthday there for my wife we did not have a good experience the sever. Seemed annoyed Most of the time he did not explain what came with the meals like the salad so we ordered extra salad for our appetizers. Some of our appetizers were cold wasn’t up to par. I ordered a crab pasta. Food and teeny was not good. Very soupy very little crab did not enjoy it we did not have a good experience and like I said, we’ve been there many times before.

Such a nice experience today with my family of 6, which they were able to accommodate on a short notice reservation. Starting with the young lady who took our reservation, they were so patient when some of our party were late, allowed us to supply a special pie for our birthday celebration and the FOOD was delicious from the appetizers to the coffee. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful! Thanks for making our day more special!

LOVED it!!! The food was amazing. We were a party of 8 for a Sunday Brunch. Every person loved their entree. It was so hard to choose because the menu options all looked amazing. We tried 4 of the desserts and they were all wonderful. Our server, Reggie, was awesome. He was quick, accommodating, funny, and very helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back again!
