Our server Nikki E was professional and friendly. We were seated on the first floor. The air conditioning was not working. There were two small floor fans blowing the hot air around the room. The food was very good and served hot. The Caesar Salad was drenched in EVOO and the croutons were saggy. This was our first visit.
Very good food (Chicken Milanese, Chicken Picata, Chicken ?, salad for the table, and desserts); service started a little 'cold' but warmed up as the meal progressed. Upon entering the restaurant, the Hostess was not very welcoming or friendly; could use an attitude adjustment. We have eaten here several times before and the staff's attitude was just not what we had experienced in previous visits; maybe it was our unusually hot weather. (Note....there was one Server working who I think we have had before who made each of his tables feel welcomed and delivered a high low of service throughout their meals. Good for him.)
Food was exceptional! Staff was AWESOME! It seemed like Brianna was checking in with us every few minutes! Wonderful night! Happy birthday to me 🤣
1st and last time, I was optimistic viewing the menu, and looking forward to a "new find". However, not a place we'll go back to. Sat on the patio: small table, which was unstable, and the place could use a power washing and a refresh. That aside, service was not good, unless you like sitting with dirty dishes for 20 min., then wonderful. Octopus app was only a few very small pieces mixed in with arugula, not enough Octopus. Whipped ricotta was good, but the crostini that's with it, was way too hard and too oily. A nice crusty bread would be terrific instead. I'm a fan of eggplant, and usually try it if on the menu, this was a waste of time. The rigatoni was ok but the eggplant was pitiful. Lot's a terrific restaurants in the area, especially in Lambertville / New Hope/Newtown. This is unfortunately just an ok local spot.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate 56 years of marriage than to have a deliciously prepared meal at “Our (favorite) Italian Restaurant”! Being warmly greeted by a caring staff who read your reservation and knows you are celebrating something special, to enjoying a meal that you know is made by Anthony using that extra ingredient that real Italians add to their food, Love, and that permeates this establishment from beginning to end is always appreciated.
Had a very pleasant dinner here on a Friday night. Food was delicious and the waiter was funny and helpful. Our grandchildren ate the food with gusto. Will definitely return to this restaurant.
The appetizer Spuma di RIcotta was delicious. Whipped ricotta, honey, pistachios with pecorino crostini. Entrees were Carbonara Primaverile which was rigatoni with asparagus and peas. Also, Tortellini with spinach, asparagus, black truffles cream. Both were very good. The salad that came with the entrees was also good. The dessert we picked was a pastry with cream filling. This was the only part of the meal that we didn't particularly like. I can't remember the name of the dessert.
The food is SO GOOD. While the menu always changes to keep the place fresh staples like the cacio e pepe and fruite de mare (can’t spell) stay on the menu over the years. Whenever I’m in town i must stop in. Oh and the focaccia bread served with crushed kalmata olives and olive oil is outstanding and each tables gets some piping hot when they sit down.
Anthony the chef is just as kind as he is talented. Sometimes i get a chance to say hello and thank him for the awesome restaurant he and his family built. It’s a great place. So get your favorite bottle of wine (BYOB) and go for a walk around town before your reservation - awesome place to take your gf/wife/husband/partner on a date. Or even just a group of buddies.
Our Calamari Fritti with roasted tomato pesto, basil oil was delicious, but we're surprised to have cool sauce on top rather than warm! The Malfatti - House made spinach & ricotta gnocchi, crab meat, smoked salmon, spring greens, butter sauce -l was also delicious , but one would ever know there was ricotta cheese in it--tasted like total potato ricotta, The ricotta I make is all ricotta- no potato. The entrée special we chose was Shrimp Piccata, which they called Gamberi ala Piccate -- also delicious .
We chose a salad appetizer special for the evening which was delicious. We enjoyed a seafood entrée and a beef entrée as well as a side of meatballs from the regular menu. All food was cooked perfectly. Some of the best Italian bread with olive oil that we've ever had was delivered once it was warmed in the oven. The wait staff was very knowledgeable about all the menu choices and was very attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely return, maybe bringing a bottle of wine next time. Delicious food with great service and reasonable prices makes this a place to try. Off street parking is a bonus.

Though the food was excellent as it has always been, the service can definitely be improved. Our waiter forgot about our table throughout the night and was extremely agitated (felt mad and rushed). It broke some of the magic of what was supposed to be a special night for the family.
We hadn't been back to Trattoria Rosa Bianca in quite some time and it was a welcome surprise. The food was delicious. The fruitti de mare was wonderful as was the Caesar salad. Eggplant parm was also great. This is a great local gem.
It continues to be one of our favorite places to have dinner. The food is excellent and very interesting. The flavors are amazing.
Our waiter was awesome 👌
