Always loved the vault and we had many parties, group lunches and dinners here over the years since they opened. Atmosphere is amazing, staff is attentive and I’m not a beer drinker but my husband ranks it top tier. We really miss the old menu with the bear hug stew, field greens salad, etc. Since the new chef took over, the food quality has gone insanely downhill. We’ve brought many people here since the change and always hoped it would be better — unfortunately it is just BAD. Today I brought my friend who always loved coming here and her salad was completely inedible with rubbery chicken, wilted/brown lettuce and she was even charged for the dressing. Please bring back the old quality and more brewery-appropriate menu! This place used to always be packed and is such a gem, and it has just sadly gone in the opposite direction.

Update: we visited again for party in the event room. Good food, great beer, and fantastic service. Menu was updated since last visit and food improved. Would recommend
