BEWARE! Called to have a tray of vodka penne sent to a family in town. Owner quoted me $65 on phone then charged my Visa $111! During delivery, driver called to say he couldn’t find address. So not only did they overcharge me but they didn’t even write down the correct address! When I called owner to say he overcharged me he said “No, I told you $111 when you ordered the tray“ . “The prices are online”. I couldn’t find ANY item for $111. Then he said I was the one who gave him wrong address! Are you kidding me? Wow! Incredibly pompous! Absolutely NO customer relations! AVOID this place at all costs!

I love going to Vinces. It's quick and easy. The staff are always super nice and the prices are pretty good. They also have a wide selction of italian food including cheesesteaks, pie and hoagies. there are also gluten free options which are nice. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The place used to be decent a few years ago, now you get a pizza they drown it in cheese, take an half and half of it spills over. It was not ordered through a 3rd party, the entire bottom of the pie was black before it was over cooked. Absolute waste of your money, I would recommend ordering from anywhere else.
This review is based on a take out order experience. First, the food has gotten very pricy. Our recent order at Vince’s (after price comparing to another pizza place)was $20 more expensive for the exact same food order. I find some of the staff to be less than accommodating and quite rude. In the future, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
