Never got waited on thru drive thru.

Apparently it's really difficult to get a plain burger. On top of that, it took quite a bit of time.Don't know if they're short staffed or what. Sad part, I couldn't eat my burger cause I was allergic to what was on it.

Pretty good chicken nuggets were a little hard but that’s okay pretty clean and there were about 4 workers behind the counter so it looked like nobody was slacking and the order came out fast if you go see them face to face

I have worked in fast food so I know how it is, but if its night time and I'm one of maybe 3 people getting orders theres no reason for you to mess up a sandwich so bad. What I ordered was a fiery bacon whopper, what I got was a regular bacon whopper w a dry patty burnt cheese and burnt bacon. Asked for pickles, no pickles. Put no lettuce, lettuce on it. If you are so lazy you cant put together a burger correctly during dead hours you shouldn't work there. I dont usually have this bad of an experience there. I understand it's hard getting people to work but hiring teenagers or young adults who dont give a shit isn't going to make it better.
The BK support is utterly useless, wont refund me for the burger I threw away, so if they give me coupons I'll wait until I can go to a different burger king. Sad that people who dont actually give a crap get jobs dealing with customers.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Orders are always wrong, and the workers are rude. Stopped today on my way to work (around 5pm if anyone in upper management cares in the slightest) that will be the last time. I would rather drive to Greensburg. Would give a zero rating if I could

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru but I guess everyone must of been on break. I knew not to stop here be cause once u place ur order u have to pull up past the window after paying waiting 10 minutes for the food anyway and hope that it's your right order. Since no one was working I guess today, drove off and went to the Burger King in greensburg.

3rd time coming to this location and its a shame you use the drive through and it takes 15+ minutes no line just sitting at the window its absolutley rediculous. Owners outta be ashamed i dont know how they afford to keep the lights on only providing service 3 maybe 4 times an hour.

We stopped through the drive-through here with one of my workers on the way back from a job to grab a quick lunch.

The food was fine no problem there. My issue is the guy working the window. This guy was either super high on something, or was the real life Sling Blade. No napkins in the bag, which if you’ve read any of my other reviews as a huge pet peeve of mine, but when the guy was filling the drinks, he was taking his hand, and this dude didn’t strike me as the cleanest dude I’ve ever met, to grab the cop and just drag it through the ice with his hand. I’m guessing there’s a scoop there and I’m sure Burger King doesn’t want its workers hands dragging through the ice every time it feels a cup. It was just gross. As we are driving down the road we were talking about it and decided to just dump the drinks and stop at sheets to buy drinks there. I did try to call the store to alert them of this gross practice that was going on, but their phone was either off the hook or someone was on a five hour phone call because I tried calling back numerous times to a message that it was busy.

I hate to be this super nitpicky guy, but just use the stupid scoop for the ice and don’t drag your dirty hand through the ice. It’s gross! And I get that it’s hard to hire right now, but with the way that pricing has shot up in fast food it’s not OK to charge me more than $10 for lunch and then not deliver the basics.

Went to this location at 7am for breakfast. It was open at 6am but at 7 am found 2 employees outside smoking when I pulled in. Places my order then was ask again what I wanted. Got to the window to pay and they had not even put the money in the register yet..an hour after they opened. Food is terrible and service is about the same. Avoid this location like the plague.
