Last season I had no complaints. This season is a whole different story. They’ve only been open a couple weeks and so far, I’ve experienced them being out of every single thing I’ve ordered and having to have blizzards remade TWICE on two separate occasions because they’re soupy and blended to the point of being a smoothie with no candy pieces in them. Someone needs to be in there training the employees to be making orders accurately. I came to this location out of convenience but I’ll be traveling to a different location from now on.

Wouldn't take a coupon that was valid and not expired claiming it wouldn't scan....2nd time this happened. Will go to Lynch field one from now on

Unbelievable how this little girl running the show acts....she was short with the staff and the customers. Maybe because it was 815 pm and they close at 9 pm and she wanted to get out for her date. Either way, I will never go back! Who needs a high school/ college freshman acting like that.
Get a grip owners! Get an adult in there or you'll be out of business. I've told my family and friends in youngwood to go the extra miles to either Irwin or Mt Pleasant.

The dude working there only woke up when I banged on the window. Either he was sleeping or he was high. The pup cups at this dairy queen are only ice cream, no dog treats. And when I ordered a royal Reese brownie blizzard he gave me something that didn't have vanilla ice cream nor any reeses in it... at least he got the pnut butter part right... but with chocolate ice cream and way too many brownies in it.. it was gross.. very disappointed in this. I didn't have the best experience the other time I stopped here either so I do not recommend going here.

Stop here for blizzards when passing through town ,and my auto repair shop is next door. A win win . I like their blizzards. Wish they had some outdoor seating in back.

Place is so dark you can't even read the menu. I waited in drive through for 20 minutes. They ran out of vanilla so chocolate was fine. Tried to order a "cookie jar" was told they didn't have it. So I ordered a cookie dough and added oreos...literally a cookie jar, but whatever... Waited for 15 minutes two cars ahead finally got their stuff and the car in front of me left. I pulled up and waited at the window for 5 minutes. No greeting, no "we will be with you shortly," nothing. So after another 2 minutes and watching them "try" to make blizzards I left. Nobody even said anything or came to the window. Terrible place.
What a awful place do not recommend at al night workers were extremely rude and wouldn't even let us look at the menu. The orange Julius was terrible .

Worst place I have ever been to. The employees and the management have no clue what is going on there. Always outside smoking and you know hands are never washed. Whoever owns this place should really look at what is going on there. They would be very upset. The older lady is rude and really makes coming there undesirable. She is always yelling and carrying on and gets orders wrong because she butts in where she isn't needed. Please for the sake of the Customers someone needs to address the situation. The wait times are unbelievable because the people that are working are so slow.

DQ ice cream, what else do I need to say? This DQ has the cheapest ice cream cone of any of the 3 DQs I frequent, almost a dollar cheaper than 1 of them ?♂️
