The worker Gavin deserves a raise, he is very kind and compassionate and is gives his customers extra whipped cream because of him I will come again

Very good and the servers are all very nice

There are a whole bunch of young teenagers working there and the windows are all covered up so you can't see what's going on and how clean or dirty the place might be. I think we will not be going there anytime soon. I don't like how the windows were all covered and you couldn't see anything my order was wrong and so was my friends.

Hello, me and my family were at your establishment and we found out there was no vanilla ice cream so everything was chocolate and my little sister does not like chocolate so we have to go to frosty shack and get better ice cream and it took them 45 minutes just to get 5 people ice cream. I can’t believe you and I will never come here again plus I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. I think that was one of the worst times of my life. It was Al Gavin Dulls fault I think he should be fired!!!

Last season I had no complaints. This season is a whole different story. They’ve only been open a couple weeks and so far, I’ve experienced them being out of every single thing I’ve ordered and having to have blizzards remade TWICE on two separate occasions because they’re soupy and blended to the point of being a smoothie with no candy pieces in them. Someone needs to be in there training the employees to be making orders accurately. I came to this location out of convenience but I’ll be traveling to a different location from now on.
