What a awful place do not recommend at al night workers were extremely rude and wouldn't even let us look at the menu. The orange Julius was terrible .

Worst place I have ever been to. The employees and the management have no clue what is going on there. Always outside smoking and you know hands are never washed. Whoever owns this place should really look at what is going on there. They would be very upset. The older lady is rude and really makes coming there undesirable. She is always yelling and carrying on and gets orders wrong because she butts in where she isn't needed. Please for the sake of the Customers someone needs to address the situation. The wait times are unbelievable because the people that are working are so slow.

DQ ice cream, what else do I need to say? This DQ has the cheapest ice cream cone of any of the 3 DQs I frequent, almost a dollar cheaper than 1 of them ?♂️

Unless you want the basic with no toppings, go elsewhere. 4 times in 2 weeks I've made the same order. 4 times I've verified the order with the person making it. 4 times they get it wrong. Ask them to refund the extra money they charged me for extra they didn't give me and they refused. There is a busters in New Stanton and another soft serve on 136 in Greensburg. Both 7 minutes away. At least they get my order right there.

got half our order wrong. took them 4 times to get it right. it was the worst service i've probably ever had. just overall the worst. you can't have people working that don't know what they're doing. got home and the order was still wrong. unreal
The manager inside is barking orders, jumping in the middle of what the kids are doing. My order was messed up because she jumped in thinking she knew what I had ordered. Let the kids do their job.

Just had blizzards from Youngwood dairy queen. They where not like blizzards of last year. I know there where new owners last year but has ownership changed again? I hardly knew I was eating a butterfinger blizzard. Everything ground fine. The lady was very nice but the kids working there didn't seem like they knew what they where doing. Ice cream was very soft.

My neighbor - who is my best friend - and I stopped there Friday after a really tough situation for her. Let me tell you, the lady there from down south was the sweetest person! Not only did she give upsize our Blizzards, but she prayed over my friend. We most definitely will be back! Hopefully on a much better day!
