I pass 3 Dunkin’s on my way to work and this one is by far my favorite! Everyone is so friendly and well I guess since I’m there everyday they remember my order to the T! I absolutely appreciate them from their store manager all the way down the line.

Corporate greed at its finest, they sell coffees for 10 dollars each but can’t hire more than 2 employees for a Sunday morning rush.

Ordered a medium green tea Strawberry refresher and there was a chunk of cookie piece in my drink like someone was eating over making my drink. So nasty was told to come back and get another one after i left but was already on the highway going complete opposite direction. Wouldn’t call the Dunkin near my home to see if they’d honor me a new one had to call myself. Will never go back.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. We ordered a Mocha, and two coffee rolls. The cashier at the drive up, asked “do you want iced coffee?”, I told her no a hot mocha, she replies, “Like an iced coffee?”, I respond, like a peppermint mocha, minus the peppermint, hot (as I’m looking at both on the drive up menu). We went to pay, and she was rude. Of course we got a hot coffee with mocha swirls in it. How hard is a mocha? It’s literally on the menu. The coffee is absolutely disgusting, like it’s been sitting out for hours yet it’s 8:40am.

I am officially done supporting Dunkin' Donuts as a business there is absolutely no consistency between stores I bought two caramel macchiatos the other day and both had pumpkin spice in them for some reason, it's kind of ridiculous. It's just a waste of money especially when you never get the same thing I think you should install cell phone blockers in your stores and keep your employees off their phone so they focus on their job. Or just started charging a dollar for coffee that way we don't feel so ripped off when we don't get exactly what we expected very unacceptable as a business
