Terrible customer service. Did not send the equipment that was ordered and multiple times when contacted failed to correct their mistake. Took a week to pick up the rented equipment. Would advise to look elsewhere for any party/event rental needs.

The Margherita pizza tastes exactly like the $1 pizzas in WalMart freezer section. Absolutely horrible!!!! No fresh mozzarella, no basil, sauce tasted like cheap tomato soup.

Their staff drive dangerously on I 70 almost rear-ended me and my granddaughter because they were driving way too fast 8 miles an hour plus

If I could give a zero I would. Just went to an event and this was their for vendor. $20 for a brisket sandwich that was extremely tough and no flavor. Four of us spent $100 on food and ate not even half. The prices are crazy and they are extremely slow to deliver said product. Will never order food if they are catering for ann event we attend. Learned our lesson for sure!

Would not recommend this company. Poor communication at best. They messed up the delivery twice and failed to take any responsibility. I reached out to them twice to give them a chance to make it right, but they were unresponsive. Not very “elegant” if you ask me.
These guys have brought their food truck to our local brewery many times. The food has always been pretty good. This time the food was burnt or at least over cooked and the orders were slow (it was far from busy) and incorrect. We ordered 1 of each protein in our Tacos and they gave us 3 fish Tacos claiming it's our fault. We couldn't bother them to have it corrected, they were rude and didn't seem to care. I won't be bothering to waste my money on them anymore.

We waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and a order of fries. After asking if are order got lost, the workers said it had not, which they then gave us are order 5 minutes later with the wrong burgers and ice cold fries.

When I booked my venue for my wedding reception (Greendance Winery), I liked that they were already partnered with a catering company so that one more thing would be off of my to-do list. The most I knew about Elegant was the reviews online which were very mixed and the pizza that I had had one summer when I was at this winery which tasted great lol. The reason for the 3/5 stars is because I think the negative is a fairly big one. Elegant was in charge of my tables, chairs, linens and food. I had asked many times and was told every time that the morning of the wedding, people from Elegant would have the previous event tables and chairs taken down and would have yours put up early the next day. This is important because it was my family's job the morning of the wedding to drive over and put on all the linens and decorate the place themselves (Elegant doesn't put on the linens or decorate your tables of course). When my family arrived that morning to do the linens, none of my event tables and chairs were up, it was all from the previous event. This added another hour at least which could not and should not have been allotted for to their set up time because they did it all themselves. That was a LOT of work to do. This is not what was promised to me and they were almost late to my wedding then since they still had to run home and get ready. Elegant was informed of this error and I was compensated, but I really don't think thats the point, that should not have happened. So my notice to others booking Elegant, do not expect something like tables and chairs to be done and set up just because they said so. Also, it can be difficult to actually speak to someone who knows whats going on. Many times when I would call, I would be asked questions I had answered many times before or they weren't understanding what I was looking for. I also had to call 3 days before my wedding to ask if my linens had arrived since nobody had called to tell me. Despite that, the food was PHENOMENAL. We did a salad station, slider station and we had pasta, rigatoni. My husband and I loved it, almost all of the guests were sharing with us how much they loved the food and the leftovers were happily taken in boxes by the guests. Not only that, but the catering staff serving the food was wonderful and so was our bartender. They were so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be there and could be seen happily smiling at my husband and I in the background of pictures if they weren't immediately occupied :)

This place caters for Greenbriar Rehabilitation and the food is HORRIBLE! Moldy bread, dry meatball hoagies and they bring u one loaf of bread every few days for 65 residents! Very small portions I’ve never been in prison but was told the food was just as bad as prison!
