If I could give a zero I would. Just went to an event and this was their for vendor. $20 for a brisket sandwich that was extremely tough and no flavor. Four of us spent $100 on food and ate not even half. The prices are crazy and they are extremely slow to deliver said product. Will never order food if they are catering for ann event we attend. Learned our lesson for sure!

These guys have brought their food truck to our local brewery many times. The food has always been pretty good. This time the food was burnt or at least over cooked and the orders were slow (it was far from busy) and incorrect. We ordered 1 of each protein in our Tacos and they gave us 3 fish Tacos claiming it's our fault. We couldn't bother them to have it corrected, they were rude and didn't seem to care. I won't be bothering to waste my money on them anymore.

We waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and a order of fries. After asking if are order got lost, the workers said it had not, which they then gave us are order 5 minutes later with the wrong burgers and ice cold fries.

They sell appetizers at Bella Terra Vineyards and it's pretty good. However, have tried multiple times to inquire about catering, including at Bella Terra, to no avail. Multiple attempts calling and emailing with no response. The 3 is based only on appetizers at the winery. Would not recommend for catering as they don't seem eager for business.

When I booked my venue for my wedding reception (Greendance Winery), I liked that they were already partnered with a catering company so that one more thing would be off of my to-do list. The most I knew about Elegant was the reviews online which were very mixed and the pizza that I had had one summer when I was at this winery which tasted great lol. The reason for the 3/5 stars is because I think the negative is a fairly big one. Elegant was in charge of my tables, chairs, linens and food. I had asked many times and was told every time that the morning of the wedding, people from Elegant would have the previous event tables and chairs taken down and would have yours put up early the next day. This is important because it was my family's job the morning of the wedding to drive over and put on all the linens and decorate the place themselves (Elegant doesn't put on the linens or decorate your tables of course). When my family arrived that morning to do the linens, none of my event tables and chairs were up, it was all from the previous event. This added another hour at least which could not and should not have been allotted for to their set up time because they did it all themselves. That was a LOT of work to do. This is not what was promised to me and they were almost late to my wedding then since they still had to run home and get ready. Elegant was informed of this error and I was compensated, but I really don't think thats the point, that should not have happened. So my notice to others booking Elegant, do not expect something like tables and chairs to be done and set up just because they said so. Also, it can be difficult to actually speak to someone who knows whats going on. Many times when I would call, I would be asked questions I had answered many times before or they weren't understanding what I was looking for. I also had to call 3 days before my wedding to ask if my linens had arrived since nobody had called to tell me. Despite that, the food was PHENOMENAL. We did a salad station, slider station and we had pasta, rigatoni. My husband and I loved it, almost all of the guests were sharing with us how much they loved the food and the leftovers were happily taken in boxes by the guests. Not only that, but the catering staff serving the food was wonderful and so was our bartender. They were so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be there and could be seen happily smiling at my husband and I in the background of pictures if they weren't immediately occupied :)

This place caters for Greenbriar Rehabilitation and the food is HORRIBLE! Moldy bread, dry meatball hoagies and they bring u one loaf of bread every few days for 65 residents! Very small portions I’ve never been in prison but was told the food was just as bad as prison!

I used elegant catering for my wedding on 8/5/23. We went up to get our food after the ceremony and I immediately realized we did not have one of our meat options and we were missing the vegetables. The venue manager alerted them because they could have just brought it late (no big deal) but they didn’t even have it prepared and offered to bring ONLY green beans (an hour after our dinner was over). It was completely embarrassing to only have one meat option at our wedding as a lot of my guests didn’t like chicken Romano and there was simply just not enough food. After communicating with Kayla, she stopped responding to me and I received a refund check in the mail for the food that was missing and that was it. They failed to realize that it was not ONLY about the food that was missing but the fact that they completely forgot to even prepare and deliver half of my food and a lot of my guests barely got to eat.

We used them for our wedding and everyone loved the food! The price is amazing for great food and the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend getting the Italian sausage, our guests have been calling to tell us how great it was.

I am very unhappy with my experience with Elegant Tents and Catering. I was charged $220 for linens that we never even used for my wedding reception. I expressed my concerns several times by email, in person, AND by phone, with no response. It's a shame because the catering staff were very friendly. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Very unfortunately, my niece's baby shower planners mistakenly trusted and relied on this highly unprofessional catering company. Please save yourself heartache and frustration. Some disappointments included: cold food, poor quality food, lack of help, late and inelegant set up, not enough serving utensils, no information about delays or trouble, flimsy plates and inadequate numbers, unresponsive to calls and e-mails, no trouble shooting assistance or concern, and more. This all made me worry about food temperature control for items like meat and cheese, and food safety. Very nerve wracking. (Luckily, friends and family are good sports. And we heard of no incidents. However, no one should be put through this irritation and receive such horrible service and products on such a joyful day.) I posted on Google maps as well.
