Left me standing at the counter for 15 minutes before anyway came to take my order then they told me it would take 25 minutes for a freaking pepperoni and cheese bread sticks when I told him I only had a half hour break. He did not care or even try to get it done quicker. I used to order here all the time never again. The customer service was horrible I could've dealt with the wait time if they were more polite and helpful....

I really don't understand what the problem is with the little Caesars is in youngwood, I wanted to order a pretzel crust with cheese said and jalapeno. They said they couldn't put jalapenos in it, not allowed to customize it, wow, so I had to order it on the side and complete their job, do better management at little Caesars. I used to come here a lot not I'm never coming back, a pizza shop that refuses to put toppings on a pizza, so stupid

Just picked up 2 pizzas on my way by: a Stuffed Pretzel Crust, and a Fanceroni Pepperoni. They were both AWESOME! Made within 20 minutes, HOT, and perfectly done! Thank you for doing a GREAT job!

There was a mixup with the order when picking up. Not sure if it was on their end or ours. Called to ask for help resolving as we needed the food to feed large gathering. Shift manager wasn't willing to work on a potential resolution (delivery, refund, store credit). When I asked for their manager's name he hung up. Extremely disappointed that is how he thought to deal with a difficult situation.

There is no personal experience. That might be okay with some people and that is okay. Too many pizza places in the area to compete with so in comparison LC is low in quality and experience.

Seriously?? how has this place not been closed down yet they never answer the phone and somebody takes forever just to take your order when you go there it's absolutely pathetic that a restaurant like this exists don't even look at this place unless you're planning on waiting 2 hours just to place an order
The Little Caesars company doesn't fix issues, not calling back their customers to do so.
The Little Caesars Pizza ? company needs to improve customer support and service.
They need to return calls when promised, been two weeks since they were called on for a bad location. ?

Good value, particularly extra thin crust. Ingredients sometimes have that slight edge that makes me wonder; But it's on the mid to higher end of processed foods.

Tried to order online and it would not go through. Tried to call but no answer. I drove there to order…. Absolute no customer service! Didn’t say Hi, greet me nor even look at me. Came home and pizza was cold and uncooked (and I stood there and waited ) No reason for it to be cold for as long as I waited. Order and I’m sure payed for extra sauce but hardly any sauce at all. Uncooked, dry, zero taste and bad attitudes. Never again !

I have pictures of how bad my pizzas were. I bought over $60 worth & almost all of my pizzas were screwed up. Cut terribly. The cheese had all come out on my stuffed crust & one wasn't even crazy bread stuffed crust & I paid for it. The "assistant manager" who clearly can't do anything a manager can do told me that I had to tell them before I left... I picked up my pizzas & have a half hour drive. Bc of circumstances from before I DID make sure the topping were right but we wanted to get home to hot pizza. I told her I still had some of the pizza & I would take pictures to show them. She called me back about a half hour later & told me she talked to her manager & he said they would comp my whole order. I asked her how I would go about that & she told me to just call ahead & let them know my name & they would keep my order & make it. I've spent $1000s of dollars at this place.I was on my way today. Tried calling for 20 min so we just decided to head there bc we could just order there & wait if nobody picked up by the time we got there. Finally, almost to Youngwood & I ask to speak to a manager, the same "assistant manager" is on the phone & tells me that I need to speak to her manager & now they're not doing that for me. Manager is not there today. I am like, "what do you mean? He just like changed his mind? Why wouldn't you call me & tell me? This is so unprofessional. She AGREES WITH ME & goes on to tell me sorry & that he told her that & then "sent a memo" not to do it??? So, at this point I'm pretty livid. And I'm like, "so he told you that you would remake my order, you call me & tell me that you're going to do that for me, I'm very thankful... then the next day your boss is thinking about me & says, "you know that order I said to remake for that girl, yeah, we're not doing that now" & she's like, "basically, yeah". What kind of customer service is this? How RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! And why wouldn't you AT LEAST CALL me & tell me, "hey, don't bother about that, we're not doing it now!" I've given this place chance after chance when they did us wrong & spent my money there for YEARS. But this is it! I'll go down to Roccos down the road & spend my money where it's appreciated! Not where I'm being LIED to!
I love there stuffed crust pizza and the delivery time is not bad at all there stuff crazy bread is great as well this location is best by far from the rest I have
