Me and my sister went to this dunkin and at the window our car battery died and the workers were amazing and the one lady called her husband and they helped us get out of there safely they are great employees and amazing people

The people who work here have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. i ordered a drink for delivery and i wanted cold foam and cinnamon on top and they literally put whipped cream (i hate whipped cream) and no cinnamon. and it just ruined my whole day, almost everytime i get from this location something is messed up or the service is bad or the place is dirty, somethings always wrong and i will not be going back there. i would recommend the location on 19 its way better.

Don’t typically write reviews but I was very impressed by the staff at this dunkin location. I went in last Saturday and Sunday and both times I had amazing caramel lattes and the gals behind the register were extremely friendly and awesome! Probably the friendliest dunkin I’ve ever been to!

The service has been great the dozen times I’ve been here, and the food is good as well, but the price… oh the price. $25 for a box O Joe containing maybe 10 small cups of coffee. Donuts are just as egregiously priced. I just really don’t go here anymore because the prices are so absurd, and it’s a shame because everything else about Dunkin is great.
The workers are so nice. Alexis always has a smile on her face and something nice to say to the customers. The employees make it an enjoyable place to go.

I was impressed at the speed of service at this location and was very satisfied with the freshness of my food and the pleasant demeanor of all the staff.
When I order Nitro Cold Brew it doesn’t need a half gallon of ice filling up the cup. It’s not iced coffee, it’s cold brew. Once Starbucks opens down the street, I guess I’ll be going there for nitro cold brew.
Parking here is impossible.

I come here at least once a week and haven’t had problems with my coffee order but when I pick up an ice tea for my mom it usually tastes disgusting. Recently the past few times I’ve ordered the bacon avocado toast they either don’t give me bacon or they give me the smallest amount of broken bacon pieces. Today was a surprise when I received a sad looking avocado toast sandwich with no bacon. Also parking is always horrendous but what can you expect for Zelienople on a Saturday. The worst is that employees take up most of the spots.
