Donuts aren't as good as they used to be but still much better than bilo and some grocery store donuts. If you want an awesome cappuccino, you have to have emily make it! She's the best at it, I don't know what goes wrong when some others make it. Customer service is great. Parking lot sucks lol bit still worth it!

Very disappointed today with my visit. Ordered the bacon it was verelimp very greasy very little flavoring on it. Loved it last time I got it but it seems inconsistent. Seems to be a theme at the Zelienople location sometimes good sometimes bad.

The traffic this location causes is absurd, idiots are jumping the curb to cut school vehicles off when they can't leave the parking lot through the normal entrances. Might be worth going there on foot but I would not drive into the lot. Saw someone back into someone else in the lot.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was very attentive and patient with the the children when ordering.
I never have had any issues with this location with my coffees but this morning my iced carmel craze was not even drinkable it tasted horrible like black coffee no flavor or sugar. And they weren't super busy even if they were it takes 1 extra second to make it right. I paid for it to be the way it should be so I was very unhappy with that. I would have much rather bought one somewhere else which is a shame because I love the carmel craze but it shouldn't taste the way it did so unfortunately I have to leave a bad review unacceptable.

The location in cranberry is a thousand times better than the zelienople one. I pay extra for almond milk or cold foam… almost never has it when I get my coffee. The coffee itself taste like dirt no matter how much creamer or sugar is in it. My food is always either burnt or stale. If they are out of something they will charge u and still not give it to u. They are out of almost everything all the time. I always went to the dunkin in cranberry religiously for years and the dunkin in zeli has turned me into a Starbucks person. Would not recommend to anyone. And the parking lot is disastrous.

Love this place usually. . Just drove from Ellwood to get coffee at 7:30 and they don’t close till 9, I walked in and got turned away 1.5 hrs before they close.

First time stopped in here since it opened a few months ago. Every time I drive by there is limited parking even today I got the last parking slot at 10am just not enough parking. I had good service and quick I ordered donuts today not something I get very often. The store was clean and there was four employees working.
