My family and I visited for my birthday dinner. It was a very enjoyable experience. The food and atmosphere (especially around Christmas) are quite enjoyable. Well-worth a visit.

Service was great! Thanks Bailey! Manager blamed the chef for a really bad beet salad with salmon. Just tell me you don’t have enough ingredients or don’t want to make it and I will order something else. I can’t believe they tried to pull that one off! Seriously?
This place never let's us down. Everything from the parking, the food, and the service is fantastic!

Great NY strip and crispy shrimp. Nice tap list. Wait staff was attentive. Wife had Halibut and liked it. A friend had hanger steak poutine that looked delicious. Spent $146 for two people, including tip. Two entrees, one app and two beers. The building is an old character-filled building which is well maintained. We had a great time with friends. We will be back. This was my second time here. The first time was for a work luncheon and I had a good burger.

Kiera, our server was excellent. We had the Salmon and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Both were excellent. Noise level could be a bit loud depending on the crowd and boisterous guests.
Great meal. I had the pork chop and my wife had the halibut. We started with the beet salad and bruschetta. We finished with the warm apple cake. I had a mulled apple rum. Everything was delicious. A couple of things: One, our waitress was quick. Really quick. So quick that when my companion was half way through her meal, we were offered the opportunity to order dessert. That's a huge no no. Two, curious why would they ask if there's a special occasion when making the reservation (ie birthday), acknowledge it when you check-in at the front counter, and then do nothing (not even a remark by our server). I wasn't expecting anything. But maybe a candle in the dessert we ordered would have been a nice touch.
Delicious brunch on a Sunday morning. They were able to accommodate 4 adults and 2 infants with no wait without a reservation. The menu is short, so you know going in that everything on it is going to be good. Our group had the crab cakes Benedict, lobster omelet and spinach & mushroom omelet. All very good.

Let me start off saying that the food was delicious. However, from beginning to end there was a struggle. 1st getting seated even though I was 10 minutes early (the hostess went to retrieve a to go order and instead of letting the client know that their food wasn't ready she stayed in the kitchen and waited and left the hostess station unattended, several other guests arrived and she was completely frazzled. Once seated we ordered a drink from the bar that took 22 minutes to get, once I received the drink the Ginger Beer was flat, once remade the drink was fine. I ordered the beet salad with warm goat cheese, from the time I ordered the salad/entree it was 35 minutes later the server came out to tell me that the holdup is a Goat cheese (the salad was made) and asked if I wanted the salad and they would bring out the goat cheese when warmed...NO, the salad was meant to have the goat cheese melted...I waited patiently and it was delicious. The assistant Manager Kim came to our table to discuss all the issues we had and offered to comp my salad, we declined as the food was delicious, but the offer was appreciated. I will definitely go back however I don't think it will be on a Sunday, I feel as though they were completely overwhelmed.
We have been going here regularly and always have a great experience either at the bar or dining room. Our server was great Saturday we hope to see him again
I had the fish sandwich with green beans and is was excellent. Surprisingly the green beans were perfect. We also had the creme brûlée for desert which was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant

We have been to the beautiful Kaufman Tavern a couple times now and we’ve had Teri as our bartender, she makes the absolute BEST espresso martini I’ve ever had and I’ve had very many espresso martinis in my lifetime, her own personal recipe is the reason we keep coming back and bragging to everyone about her espresso martini, we can’t wait to bring our family and friends to try it out, she is always very delightful and sweet. Besides that, the atmosphere and ambiance are always on point!
