Our server Angela was excellent and very attentive to our dining needs. Great service but, due to a live performance at the Strand Theater the restaurant was packed and our meal delivery took more time than necessary, If it is a theater night allow for more time.

We visited on a Sunday night so the restaurant was a bit quieter than usual. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the presentation was really attractive. We will definitely be back.

we were here this evening 2-15-2025 for our 20 year anniversary. we had our reception here so long ago. we were heart broken when it burnt down then remodeled an we didn't go back but today we did an OMG so glad we did the scenery a tad different, the food was amazing very very good an hit just the right spot. The highlight was our server Belle she was so sweet, an kind her suggestions were spot on an she just made the night even more magical. I highly highly recommend going here an if you do ask for Belle she will guide you in the right direction if you have any questions an her suggestions are perfect. thank you Belle an Kaufman House for a perfect anniversary dinner

We love the Kaufman Tavern and eat here almost everyday for lunch and often for dinner or just drinks. The main reason we love it is because of our favorite bartender Terri, she’s the best! Bar area is great but would love the dining room to feel a little more inviting, maybe it’s the lighting? The other thing we’d really love is if they brought a wrap back on the menu full time. Honestly it’s a great restaurant and we’re thankful to have it in our town.

Great food and extremely friendly service. Our server was extremely knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make use feel comfortable. My aunt wanted cod which was only on the menu as a fried cod sandwich, but the waitresse told her it would be no problem to have it baked instead. She choose that method and was very pleased with her cod sandwich. We will definitely be back.
Parking: There is a free parking lot behind the restaurant or you can park on the street in front of the restaurant.

Kaufman’s has been my go to since I moved to Zelienople. I know the staff well and my own partner works there. I was really disappointed in my service this past Sunday and it has ultimately made me decided to never spend a dime here again.
I made a reservation for myself and 10 others 2 weeks prior. This day we were celebrating because I had chosen my wedding gown. We were all excited and amped up from saying yes to the dress only for the staff to totally flop the entire meal.
We arrived early, but were seated nearly 15 minutes after our reservation. Our waitress, Amanda, was not very attentive. I didn’t get my drink until some of my party was already receiving their meals. All the meals arrived at different times with missing items, items on wrong plates and most of it being luke-warm to ice cold in temperature. We could hear kitchen staff complaining about our party from our seats in the peacock room.
My mother-in-law spoke with management the day of and I called a day later. We were never offered any sort of apology let alone a discount on our nearly $300 in food. I would have loved to personally have heard from the owner. As a reminder this is how they treated the family and friends of a staff member who has worked there for past 3 years. We had planned on using them for our rehearsal dinner but we no longer will be doing so.

Well. First time here and we really really wanted to like this place. The server was great. No complaints on service. We started out with the crab cake app which was quite good. He got the pork chop and I got the lobster risotto. Both dinners were chewy and overcooked. Finished off with bread pudding. Straight out burnt. Has potential but did not hit it yesterday.
