Food was very good at a very reasonable price. Service was excellent. Not a real complaint, but we went when the outside temps were around 5 degrees and it was very cold in the restaurant. And we were both wearing heavy sweaters, but we're still very cold.
Normally always a good place. Parking impossible. Service person was good. Very noisy,my drink was awful, instead of a martini that I asked for it was some liquid with ice and a straw in a tumbler. My shrimp and grits was very soupy. Wife's desert and two other guests deserts all burnt around the edges (butterscotch blonde and bread pudding). Overall poor experience.
Only slightly disappointed bc they were out of one of their main entrees. It was a Friday night and the weekend was just beginning so it was kind of odd. I get they just had New Years Eve celebrations. Just thought it was odd to be out of a main dish that tons of people order. Waiter was outstanding and unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Totally not the fault of the restaurant but the beginning of dinner was fine with the noise level and then a table with 3 small children...
