This place is usually good but today i was very disappointed by the new employee (not sure if he is new but its my first time seeing him there). I ordered a double shot espresso and he give me a single shot. When i told him this is not a double shot, he was very rude and he didnt even bother to check it. He just told me it is and went back to his work.

I completely understand why this place has a 2.9 out of 5 star rating. If you want your order screwed up by a bunch of teens that couldn't follow directions to save their life, then this place is for you. I'll set the scene, You order 2 wake up wraps, get all the way home, are inconvienced by their error, have a screaming autistic 7 year old upset that their order is wrong, because for some strange reason they want this trash for dinner, call back to tell them it's wrong. Meanwhile my husband took 2 bites out of the wrongly made wrap, drive all the way back, chick at dunkin wants the wrong food back in return for the correctly made order. Charges me for another wrap. First off, what food place takes back the mistake once it's been in the customers possession, didn't do that the last time they screwed it up and second, after not listening and screwing up the order causing me to have to drive all the way back, charges me AGAIN! Won't be back. Anymore seems to be more hassle than what it's worth. I work in a restaurant, this is not how you handle a mistake you made with a customer.

This is my OG dunkin and tbh it used to be kinda bad but the workers in the mornin always make me banging food and drinks. Shoutout bc my avocado toasts have been so good, I hope yall treat your workers right

Normally i go to another dunkin but this is on my way home so I’ve been stopping here. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and i got bacon on a bagel… EDIT** they are giving me a credit for a new sandwich. the GM was so nice. So all I can say now is just make sure you check your bags before you leave the parking lot. i decided to give 4 stars for service because the GM was nice, quick, and said shed make sure to talk to the employees so they make sure to double check the orders.

The most important part of service is consistency, unfortunately this place only consistently forgets parts of my order, in my past 4 orders I’ve been missing over $20 in food I paid for. Limerick Duncan is is worth the drive
You can’t get the meal deal unless you get coffee?? News flash, not everyone likes coffee. All I wanted was a hot tea with my meal. That’s cheaper than coffee!! Just another reason not to go there.

I ordered through the app on Christmas and ordered some donuts and coffee. Our drinks were poorly made and half way full. They had no donuts and the employee working told me to request a refund online. I asked to get a refund right then but they told me basically they can’t… well I call the manager and talk over the phone about getting a refund a week later. They tell me they can’t issue a refund unless in person and I’m not from this area. I was visiting family. I’m 3 hours away. So they can’t give me a refund and I paid for items I didn’t receive. Your employee told they couldn’t give me a refund in person and now you can’t give it to me over the phone? Makes no sense. The manager also just hung up on me in the middle of the conversation because I was frustrated and questioning why they can’t give me a refund over the phone. They told me if I continue to talk like that they’ll hang up and they did. Terrible customer service. I was not cussing or flipping out but I told them that it’s theft and thats just not okay they can’t issue me a refund. I asked what could I do, can I call corporate? They told me no they can’t issue me a refund either. I had a valid reason to be upset. The manager was being condescending and rude with zero solutions or accountability for the poor service. And I simply just wanted my money back for items I didn’t even receive.

Why is this literally the ONLY Dunkin with different donuts than every other Dunkin?? The donuts here are horrible and not made correctly. You can’t tell the difference between strawberry or vanilla frosted, the glazed donuts barely have any glaze on them, double chocolate is suppose to be glazed and isn’t?? Figured I went on a bad day, but turns out, this is always how the donuts are from here. Again why is this store the only franchise with different donuts?
