i order a brown sugar oat milk matcha.. which is suppose to be green. i go back to let them know it’s brown and he’s telling me the brown sugar syrup and milk cancel it out and can’t help me. it doesn’t even have a matcha taste. never again will i go back. horrible service

For the last few weeks I have been a daily repeat customer of this Dunkin! I order the same thing online, I’m in the drive thru and sipping on my coffee within minutes! The workers are always super nice and polite:) great service and great place to get my coffee!

the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible my husband ran inside to grab munchkins for our daughters birthday and he stood there and stood there and all they did for 15 mins is service the drive through just looking at my husband and he finally says something and they say oh Iam sorry the drive thru is timed and we have to service them first are you kidding me what about your customers inside disgusting! 🤢

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen. The manager is horrible, misleading, and rude. For the past 12 Saturdays, at around 10am I’ve been stopping there to get 2 boxes of chocolate and glazed munchkins for a high school club that meets on Saturday. 90% of the time they can’t properly fill the simple order because they don’t make enough. I’ve told them multiple times I come here every Saturday be prepared. They don’t listen. I’ve been told to place a mobile order. I did. Doesn’t help. I was told to call ahead. I did. Doesn’t help. Now I called just now to call ahead again, and the same manager tell me I have to “come in a few days in advance and place the order” ITS 100 munchkins!!!! This is what you do! I’ve talked to the manager multiple times. She has zero interest in helping people. She does not belong in a service industry. And she’s no role model for all the kids working there.

every. single. time. i come here. they mess up the order. just recently ordered a wake up wrap and a bagel and there was bacon jam slathered all over it?!? this place also takes back your food that they mess up which also isn’t allowed. somebody really needs to get here and clean up their store because it is going down hill fast as can be. the employees are careless that they mess up. they just shove your food at you asap to get your out. don’t know how to add a picture but i would definitely love too

This place is usually good but today i was very disappointed by the new employee (not sure if he is new but its my first time seeing him there). I ordered a double shot espresso and he give me a single shot. When i told him this is not a double shot, he was very rude and he didnt even bother to check it. He just told me it is and went back to his work.

I completely understand why this place has a 2.9 out of 5 star rating. If you want your order screwed up by a bunch of teens that couldn't follow directions to save their life, then this place is for you. I'll set the scene, You order 2 wake up wraps, get all the way home, are inconvienced by their error, have a screaming autistic 7 year old upset that their order is wrong, because for some strange reason they want this trash for dinner, call back to tell them it's wrong. Meanwhile my husband took 2 bites out of the wrongly made wrap, drive all the way back, chick at dunkin wants the wrong food back in return for the correctly made order. Charges me for another wrap. First off, what food place takes back the mistake once it's been in the customers possession, didn't do that the last time they screwed it up and second, after not listening and screwing up the order causing me to have to drive all the way back, charges me AGAIN! Won't be back. Anymore seems to be more hassle than what it's worth. I work in a restaurant, this is not how you handle a mistake you made with a customer.

This is my OG dunkin and tbh it used to be kinda bad but the workers in the mornin always make me banging food and drinks. Shoutout bc my avocado toasts have been so good, I hope yall treat your workers right

Normally i go to another dunkin but this is on my way home so I’ve been stopping here. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and i got bacon on a bagel… EDIT** they are giving me a credit for a new sandwich. the GM was so nice. So all I can say now is just make sure you check your bags before you leave the parking lot. i decided to give 4 stars for service because the GM was nice, quick, and said shed make sure to talk to the employees so they make sure to double check the orders.
