Normally i go to another dunkin but this is on my way home so I’ve been stopping here. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and i got bacon on a bagel… EDIT** they are giving me a credit for a new sandwich. the GM was so nice. So all I can say now is just make sure you check your bags before you leave the parking lot. i decided to give 4 stars for service because the GM was nice, quick, and said shed make sure to talk to the employees so they make sure to double check the orders.

The most important part of service is consistency, unfortunately this place only consistently forgets parts of my order, in my past 4 orders I’ve been missing over $20 in food I paid for. Limerick Duncan is is worth the drive

You can’t get the meal deal unless you get coffee?? News flash, not everyone likes coffee. All I wanted was a hot tea with my meal. That’s cheaper than coffee!! Just another reason not to go there.

I ordered through the app on Christmas and ordered some donuts and coffee. Our drinks were poorly made and half way full. They had no donuts and the employee working told me to request a refund online. I asked to get a refund right then but they told me basically they can’t… well I call the manager and talk over the phone about getting a refund a week later. They tell me they can’t issue a refund unless in person and I’m not from this area. I was visiting family. I’m 3 hours away. So they can’t give me a refund and I paid for items I didn’t receive. Your employee told they couldn’t give me a refund in person and now you can’t give it to me over the phone? Makes no sense. The manager also just hung up on me in the middle of the conversation because I was frustrated and questioning why they can’t give me a refund over the phone. They told me if I continue to talk like that they’ll hang up and they did. Terrible customer service. I was not cussing or flipping out but I told them that it’s theft and thats just not okay they can’t issue me a refund. I asked what could I do, can I call corporate? They told me no they can’t issue me a refund either. I had a valid reason to be upset. The manager was being condescending and rude with zero solutions or accountability for the poor service. And I simply just wanted my money back for items I didn’t even receive.

Why is this literally the ONLY Dunkin with different donuts than every other Dunkin?? The donuts here are horrible and not made correctly. You can’t tell the difference between strawberry or vanilla frosted, the glazed donuts barely have any glaze on them, double chocolate is suppose to be glazed and isn’t?? Figured I went on a bad day, but turns out, this is always how the donuts are from here. Again why is this store the only franchise with different donuts?

Stopped in this morning. Was greeted with a smile and a hello! Had my bacon, egg, and cheese ready in about a minute. If that. Coffee was fresh and hot.
I always ask for less ice if not you get entire cup of ice… well 3/4 of a cup of ice for a 6 dollar drink is a little wild

I go here often because it's on my way to work. Not sure what happened to the crew there were guys who worked and were much more efficient and better at orders, although not perfect. Now it's huge lines daily very slow never get the extras i pay for ie cold foam or espresso and if I get a sandwich the eggs aren't cooked. Also hope the one girl with the attitude is gone, haven't seen her but she was extremely rude about the way I stopped at the speaker for my pickup order and was blatantly complaining and making faces. So sorry to inconvenience you to do your job... please hire more staff that aren't children

This is the only Dunkin Donuts that I know of that hardly puts glaze on their donuts. The first photo is supposed to be Strawberry icing. I asked the worker is it was actual Strawberry and he looked at me like I was the crazy one. If you asked for something toasted they only do it half of the time. They don’t even give you napkins either…ever. Also, when they are out of an item they don’t update the app(phone) and then your forced to buy something else. Your name is Dunkin Donuts and Wawa across the street has better looking Donuts. The workers seem like they don’t even care either half the time.
I live down the street and this place is super convenient. However I have been now going to another location that actually puts glaze on their donuts. Do better

I really like this Dunkin. I come most of the time. The only thing that ruined my visit this time was the younger lady working who had attitude and raised her voice at me. Not sure what her name is, but she has curly hair and wears glasses. Someone needs to talk to her about manners..

This is my favorite Dunkin' location, I come here daily, sometimes twice a day.
The staff is always super friendly, Josie was working the drive-thru window today. When I thank her for my coffee, she always says "You're very welcome", and unlike the scripted responses I hear elsewhere, she actually sounds like she genuinely means it.
