What an amazing place! Everything is made fresh in the bakery. It is a cozy place with a beautiful gazebo outside. I Highly recommend this bakery.

On the way back to NS, stopped for some coffee. Wife upon trying the blueberry cheesecake: “this is the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.” High praise imo

The strawberry flakie is life changing!!! Best bakery on the island.

an overpriced salmon sandwich where the salmon was not edible. there were no authentic Dutch baked goods. very disappointing

Finally made it to this gem in Belfast.
And it didn’t disappoint.
Beautiful outdoor deck. Nice customer area inside. And you get to get a glimpse into what a commercial bakery looks like as it’s open views to the back of the house.

The food was great. Sandwich on their fresh bread for lunch and some to go treats of their big house-made selection hit the spot.

Highly recommend a visit or two or three… ❤️

We had Assam and Earl Gray tea that were the best we've found on the island. We also had pastries, a roast beef sandwich and soup that were magnificent.

When we first arrived, we noticed a lot of people coming in, so it was clear that this place is popular. Inside, there was already a line, and we realized that the service was slow because they prepare drinks one at a time. However, one server was very attentive—she noticed my husband and kids sitting in the corner and asked if they needed any help. I ordered oatmeal cookies, chocolate cookies, and pastries like apple, éclair, and blueberry cinnamon. The pastries and desserts were the best we’ve tried. My husband’s favorite was the apple pastry. Overall, everything tasted great and lived up to the recommendations. It is a bit pricey, but the quality is definitely worth it.
