I went to KFC today to order the “2 Plant-Based Burgers for $20” deal. The cashier told me she couldn’t apply the deal in-store and said I needed to order online. I explained that the online system doesn’t give the option to select plant-based burgers, and the description clearly says they can be included.
I also mentioned that I’ve had the same issue before, but other employees were able to apply the deal without a problem. However, this cashier was rude, unhelpful, and refused to even try. She told me, “I can’t do anything — order online or leave.”
I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I hope KFC addresses both the issue with this deal not working properly and the poor customer service I experienced.

Second time in one week that they are out of buns for snackers after already paying online. Individual popcorn chickens come with 4 pieces of popcorn chicken so nearly a buck per popcorn chicken because they dont fill the little paper pouch anymore they just stuff a few in and call it done. Dont expect to get what you already paid for online in advance. I mean kudos for offering alternatives but really you should just be offering refunds or a voucher for that item in the future whenever theres more of that item. Mark things as unavailable online when they run out so the issue doesnt continue.

My fries were cold. I hate it when places make their fries ahead of time and either serve them cold or refried. It doesn't take long to do an order of fries and at today's prices the food should be hot and fresh. I wasn't offered dipping sauce with my tenders. They didn't have what my husband wanted so he had to pick something else.

I would like to take the opportunity to give this KFC location in my home town a review based on our recent purchase on 2025/07/11. As a former employee of the KFC franchise in the 80’s I have over the last few decades witnessed the steady decline in the KFC food service , particularly at this location .
The changes that have been made have slowly and surely made me come to the conclusion and decision to abandon my fondness for this style of food .
As an employee under the management I was under at the time I took pride and a sense of happiness in providing my customers with a high quality product and service . This is no longer the case ;once again at this particular location , and I felt compelled to express my disappointment in the decline I have experienced .
The list of issues I have are limited to but not exclusive to ;
1. The quality of the chicken pieces themselves ( see attached photo. One is a drum I think but the other piece is a mystery ) They resemble no portion of a chicken carcass that I recognize. Pieces of chicken with the are a breast/heal , wing , thigh , rib and drum should look like a breast , wing, thigh, rib or drum . These pieces resemble more of a haphazardly chopped up fowl of some sort .
2. The cooking quality is borderline unsafe if not from a health standpoint , but surely from a visual perspective . Brown / Gray colour , lumpy and rubbery .
3. Lumpy and flavourless gravy .
4. Flavourless chicken pieces . Plenty of salt , but that’s about the only one of the famous 11 spices and herbs recipe that is detectable .
5. The fries are a lazy persons version of a side accompaniment. Definitely not a version of a straight cut fry that I would consider palpable . The ‘ hand cut ‘ idea just isn’t working. I usually throw out the fries that come with the combo meals and either do without, drown them in the aforementioned flavourless and lumpy gravy solely to get my moneys worth of value from the expense that I incurred or if I’m feeling energetic I will make my own fries at home .
6 The side salads are just ok at the best but if I choose the coleslaw by mistake I just throw it in the garbage . Too chunky , bitter and lacking a flavour that I could describe .
In conclusion , I have other options for a quick and easy meal that I can purchase at a much lesser expense and still be able to accept the disappointment of a wasted few bucks . I am understand that fast food is not meant to be a Michelin 5 Star experience but at the price point for what used to be a good quality meal option , KFC is no longer a viable option for my family and I. It is unfortunate , but such is the way of the food industry . I f this site would allow you to give 0 stars and still be able to post a review then that’s what would give . It’s not about the money that I am posting this review but in fact it’s because that I no longer feel that KFC is a viable option for a meal and I will still miss it because of how it used to be and not of what it has become .

Service was GREAT! The lady behind the counter was very friendly & patient. The order not so great. Did not receive our cookies, dipping sauce, or salad. The gravy was very watery. Also pop from the fountain on the Mountain Dew was just water (never noticed until we were well on our way down the road)

We went to this KFC on the evening of December 27th. The worker who took our order and the worker who bagged and presented us our order were both wonderful. I ordered two extra pieces of chicken, and before we left I checked the receipt and noticed the two pieces of chicken weren’t on there. I asked the worker who gave us the food if my chicken was in the bag, and they turned around to a worker in the kitchen and told her that they needed two pieces of chicken. The worker in the kitchen was insanely rude. She says, in a very rude, snarky tone of voice, “For what.” And then the worker who was helping us explained why, and she says, in an even more rude tone of voice “well ring it in then.” She spoke to her coworker like they were dirt underneath her feet, while multiple customers were standing at the counter. Her tone was disgusting. She was also in the kitchen with her hair long, dark hair down. No hair net or ponytail. Being insanely rude to coworkers and customers while violating the health code is pretty ballsy.Additionally, an older gentlemen ordered after us, and the girl who took our order had finished her shift. This women comes from the back, and before the old man could even speak, snaps out “For here or to go.” I was baffled. I worked in fast food for 6 years when I was younger, and I had never spoken to, or been spoken to like that before. I understand bad days come around, but to treat your coworkers and paying customers like that is unacceptable. It seemed as if she was making everyone around her miserable. I don’t know if she was the manager or what, but both my partner and I left and couldn’t believe what we just witnessed. She might need some customer service training, or to be reminded that her job is to be polite to people, and if she doesn’t want to do that, she should find a different job.
