Pizza Delight

First time at this restaurant. Found the place dirty including the placemats on our table. Service was friendly. The food was slightly undercooked, crust was soggy and very wet. Will not return.

Wow, what a terrible experience. Everything in this restaurant is sticky and feels dirty. The floor, the table, the menus, everything. Another person at the table even said there was dried up puke all over the men's room, and I believe it from how sticky and gross the floor was in the ladies' room. The food was barely warm, and a couple of dishes from our table had to be sent back because they were still cold in the middle, and when they returned with them reheated they were still cold and watery. The pasta I ordered looked nothing like the picture in the menu and was more like a barely warm soup (there was way more sauce than noodles) with uncooked spinach on top and tough bread, like it had been microwaved. The drinks had no ice, weren't at all cold, and tasted mildew-y. When I went to pay the lady didn't say a single word to me, she entered the total in the machine, flipped the machine around and pushed it at me. They really don't care that their service sucks here.
This place used to be great, I'm really not sure what happened, but it's really quite awful now.

this location disappointed me so much i’m a young teenager and when i go to restaurants i expect help well ordering this place did not help but made it more difficult they didn’t have what we wanted and when we picked something else they didn’t tell us that getting it baked makes it more expensive so we were scrimmaging to find enough money when they came with are food after 20 minutes of waiting by are selfs in in the restaurant one of our foods came out in a tinfoil container instead of on a plate this is not fast food it’s a restaurant we also ordered fry’s and they were not cooked so we could not bare to eat them me and my friend were very disappointed and i’m not planning to go back to this location.

Well first impression when we walked in was the waitress had three tables and she looked very overwhelmed. It took her a few minutes to come over to take our order. She took our full order including drinks. We got our drinks and our pop and a funny taste too it. When she brought our food I ordered a regular Panzerotti with ceaser salad and my boyfriend got donair pinwheels. My ceaser salad was very small and hardly any dressing, the panzerotti was very soggy on the bottom, my partners pinwheels were oversized to much bread and large pieces of tomato and onion to big for the pinwheels. The garlic fingers we got to go had a funny taste to them. I’ve eaten at other pizza delights and I will honestly say Cornwall is the worst one I’ve eaten at. Do better.

I’m disappointed with this location where quality is dropping. I ordered two Super Donairs by phone for pickup. On arrival I paid for them it when they brought out the food it was only then that they told me they were out of lettuce….so they gave me (1)co tai er of donair sauce. I opened the box to check and found they had buried the tomato and onion under a blanket of sauce.( not appealing). As I was obviously upset they offered to go next door to the grocery store to buy lettuce . I told them I would like that but by the time they got back these would be cold. I asked for two new donairs. The cool was give a $5 bill from the til. Five minutes later (not enough time to go next door, but lettuce and return….) she was back and I saw her returning a $5 to the other counter mere a slip of paper. I heard her chopping lettuce in the kitchen but when the new food came out there was barely any lettuce on the donairs. I told her that if they did t have product she should have told me at the time of ordering. She told me that when she went for lettuce it was frozen and she didn’t want to use it, but admitted she could have called me. When I got home the lettuce was by no means fresh, and skimpy ( not up to PD standards) which leads me to believe she didn’t buy lettuce, but instead chopped barely enough of the frozen lettuce to use. We didnt eat the two donairs as we were skeptical of quality and are now out some $40. I have always been a client if pizza delight, however I will never darken this door again and they have lost a customer… of which I am very obviously not the only one

Pizza was undercooked and thin, Pepsi was opened and missing some. Called the store and they said it wasn't their problem. Dont order from them unless you don't value food safety.

Awesome experience - lovely woman working all by herself when I visited on Sept 15 around 5:30 - very kind and friendly. Give her a raise !!!

Amazing staff and service, great food, family friendly, only disappointment was that there was a very limited selection of adult beverages (Only beer and wine, no cocktails)

We came here for lunch and were sat right away. Brought our menus and drinks quickly and the food came out shortly after. The service was great and so were the prices! Food was delicious and came out perfect. Bonus they gave us plastic straws with our drinks! Will be back!

Very poor experience, apps were good though but not enough to uplift the review from 1 star. Too many things were bad. They couldn’t even do fries right… French fries. Undercooked with bits of black char on them. I haven’t been served such a bad meal like this before. I felt like I was in an episode of kitchen nightmares. Stay faaaar away from this place.

Food was disgusting. Don’t ever get fries as a side they’re microwaved & uncooked, in fact, don’t come here at all! Customer service also slacks. I usually tip good even if something sucks, but it all sucked.

My tips for the employees? When a customer asks for a new fork bc what they were given was dirty, you don’t come back out with the same fork with the dirty spot still on it & when the customer says “this is the same fork” don’t reply with “yeah, I washed it”. Simply get a new fork or learn how to clean dishes.

It was too hot to cook so we went out to Pizza Delight. Service was exceptional. My pizza was delicious.

Unfortunately I cannot speak for the food, as we never had a chance to order.
We were seated fairly quickly, with our waitress letting us know that service might be a little slow this evening as she was the only staff member on the floor. We told her not to worry and proceeded to take a seat. Shortly after we arrived, a party of 5 came in and appeared to know the waitress. We waited for over half an hour without anyone coming by. The party of 5 who came in after us were well taken care of with their orders taken shortly after arrival. I don’t know if we were forgotten, or if it was simply because it appeared they all knew one another when one of the kitchen staff members sat down with them. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the service. I understand being busy, but to watch people who come in after us get served was a little harder to understand.
This was my first time ever walking out of a restaurant in my life. We never received drinks, or even a look our way for about 45 minutes before we got up and left.
