I'm not sure the ladies name that was working tonight. I want to start by saying she was really friendly and kind, quick to get our order done but she needs to be retrained on how to construct a sub. This is coming from an ex subway employee. My fiance and I shared a sub and it was so poorly made, all meat was on the hinge of the sub so every second or third bite was ALL meat, next bite was only veggies, etc. He had to reconstruct his half of the sub approximately 5 times and that's not even an exaggeration. Even as she was wrapping the sub it was barely closed bc of how poorly it was made. It tasted good.. but wasn't constructed properly therefore it dampened the experience.

I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. Shivam, the person serving me, was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Not only was the sub prepared quickly, but it also tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I would gladly return to Subway just to be served by Shivam again. Overall, a fantastic meal and superb service. Highly recommended!
Very frustrating to use the app to orderI have special dietary needs and the app configuration makes it so that I have to re-engineer the Sub. and will not let me make some essential changes. Because of this I have to order at the counter and by doing that I can't receive points or any bonuses . I have deleted the useless app. Now i have had a poor customer experience with this sandwich shop and probably will be going elsewhere. Get a clue Subway let me build my sandwich from scratch on the app. Just like I can if I just walk up to the counter and order. Also give me a way to collect my points when I pay at the counter . O yes I can't even collect my Birthday cookie for some stupid reason .
Dietary restrictions: App makes it impossible to Order what I can eat.

Subway is in major need of a commercial overhaul. Buildings, artwork, etc all needs to be modernized.Put that aside tho and their food is as dependable as ever, and the staff are always nice to deal with.Don't mistake dependable food with good food, though. It's all cheese and carbs here no matter how healthy of a selection you make. And that's fine. Just, while not a burger, it may as well be. You're not gaining any brownie health points eating here, regardless what the ads say. Because nobody orders like that.Anyway. I like Subway. It's okay.
