I want to gave them one star because I had to wait 15 minutes this morning for food and drinks, which was very frustrating. The only one helping was Siena, and she did her best to get us served. Really appreciate her effort despite the long wait, she the reason why I change one star to five star. Thank you!

This location is disgusting. Insects (fruit flies, house flies) were crawling all over the baked goods. The staff was indifferent, even when it was pointed out. Hopefully those waiting in the drivethru, who won't know any better, like a little extra protein in their diet. Bon appetit!

This Tim Hortons location is always busy, and today was no different. You could see the entire team working hard and clearly putting in a lot of effort, even though they looked exhausted. The staff there is very nice. However, there is a clear lack of communication amongst the staff. I ended up waiting 17 minutes after ordering for one sandwich and a drink. Which the sandwich was then taken away from the person who was cooking it and then brought over to the drive-thru right before the person was about to hand me this sandwich leaving with only my drink.
