Visiting PEI for our honeymoon. The blue goose was the first restaurant we tried after getting checked in. These guys have a really slick operation with a market and restaurant. It was busy but fast. The owners have good rapport with customers. Service was fast and attentive. Got the lobster roll and seafood chowder. Both were excellent. The seafood chowder had salmon, scallops and mussels. The lobster roll was fresh and tender. My wife got the chicken Caesar wrap and she was very happy with it.

Not having been home in 14 years, I heard of this amazing restaurant from my brother. His words were, they make these amazing burgers like the old Peter Pan. So today, stopped by with a great friend and we put those words to test. Plain and simple. These burgers brought me back many years and they were even better than I remembered. The girls making our burgers were amazing and both had bigger than life smiles. Well Done !!! If your in the area go try the Peter Pan Basket, you will not regret it..

My wife and I were there sept13 for breakfast before we went house hunting and I must say we've been around the world and but far it was the best experience of are lives just a great breakfast and the son of the owner that served us was the nicest guy in the world blue Goose is we're to go . The HOMEMADE BREAD with our breakfast was outstanding, the gentleman who was our server was fun and engaging, eggs cooked to perfection, yummy breakfast meats, delicious homefries. Homestyle feel, food and service! GREAT WORK!

It's sure worth the drive to get this food!! Especially the Peter Pan Platter!! The staff are great, the owner also waits on people too!! The wife is also there too working!!

This was the best surprise to come out of our week trip to PEI. We knew Matty Matheson's grandfather owned or worked here at some point - so we wanted to try it. It's a mix of diner, convenience store, and they make delicious homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches. The food at Blue Goose was truly exceptional, best chowder I've had (MASSIVE biscuits) and the fish tacos were excellent with the perfect crisp. The onion rings were divine! Big portions so plan to share! Some of the best fries I've had on the island, I couldn't stop eating them. Everything is made fresh to order and the diner vibe really works. Grab an ice cream sandwich from their back freezer for dessert if you have room!

The breakfast was terrific each time I visited here. Excellent Seafood Chowder, of which I highly recommend to all who enjoy this delicious dish! All staff were friendly, kind and exhibited “true PEI hospitality”! The convenience store offered additional items including ice and campfire wood, and also delectable homemade treats! Thank You!

Really the absolute best lobster roll and clam chowder I’ve ever had, hands down. Made by salt of the earth people. This was a classic case of finding a hidden gem on an island renowned for its seafood and fish. Will return if I’m ever in PEI again.
