The food here is really good and the staff is really nice. The fries with the works was really good and it's a big portion and so much food. The fish and chips was really good and the mashed potatoes are homemade.

No prices on the menu boards. Have to ask for a printed menu for prices. Cheeseburger and poutine was $20+tax...be aware. Took more than 30 min to get this order and there was only one other family waiting for food. Service was lackluster, showing no real care that food was slow. Won't be back

Great to see a local business giving young adults a shot at the workforce. The food is excellent. Forgot how big the burgers were and ordered a double cheeseburger with rings. There is nothing like a fresh local burger cooked to perfection and not pressed dry with a spatula. Perfectly cooked and juicy with grilled onions to top off an excellent meal. If you have room the "real" soft serve ice cream is tastier and creamier than the other swirl cone place and a cone and sundae are cheaper.
Great job everyone.
Will be back when we return to the Island.

Service was super slow. Food meh. There was barely anybody in the restaurant or ordering food out front but we waited probably for a little under an hour for our food after ordering, even the wait to order was extensive. To be fair, they seemed a bit short staffed (there was only one server in the entire restaurant, maybe if they had more people then it wouldn't take forever to get food). However, there was a group of people that arrived after us and was able to eat, pay, then leave before we even got our food. I got the poutine and was pretty disappointed. The only hot part of the dish was the gravy, but unfortunately the cheese curds and fries were cold. Probably because of how long it took to get our food. Overall pretty disappointed!

Very long wait. We ordered 4 hotdogs and 2 fries... Waiting 45 minutes... The hotdogs were good and the fries were frozen fries... I really expected better. Not to mention the $40 price...

I have been stopping at Frosty Treat for years but the last few years it seems to have declined. I stopped last Tuesday, honestly only because Go Fish was closed and I was starving. I was very disappointed. The class were all one big clump as if they scooped them from the batter on one go and threw it in the fryer. The picnic tables are falling apart with some seats on the ground. After Many years as a customer, I won't be back.

I visit this place at least once a year for a burger platter. The food is always good but let's face it. The glory days for this place are gone.
It's like the owners don't care about maintenance. The patio and deck area is falling apart and always dirty. There are a couple of picnic tables outside but there's garbage everywhere.
I've been going there for over 30 years and really notice the decline. Maybe put up some umbrellas as it's too hot to even sit in the patio.

Anyway, I will continue to go back every summer for a burger because they're decent but with so many other nicer options around now in the area I may try something else next year.
