Stopped in on a late, snowy Saturday morning when not much else seemed to be open. I ordered a typical eggs-and-bacon breakfast and my eleven-year-old traveling companion the pub nachos. "They're not good; they're delicious. And magical."
Waitstaff was welcoming, and I ordered a couple of their Czech-style Pilsner to go. Perfectly fine for a late Saturday morning. Recommended.
Best Double IPA in the country!
It’s a great pub. I saw Dave5 Gunning there this month and the jazz on Sunday 3 to 5pm is amazing. I am now a regular. Food and drink is good and service is exceptional.
Had a flight of five beers - all of them were quite good. We were lucky enough to be one of the first to try a bit of the new menu: mussels. So good! Add those and this brewery’s lovely patio and great service and you have yourself the perfect afternoon. And they’re open year round! We were also told they’re coming out with an NA beer option which is awesome and hard to find - will have to come back to try!
Good beer and good food! I ate the Burger and it was very good! The view of the city and the water is really pleasant! The service was fast and the waitress very courteous!
Service is excellent- wonderful people.
Beer is also very good.
Food - so disappointing. A smash burger that is more bun than burger. And fish tacos that were incredibly small. The food is expensive - so it should be exceptional and more generous.
Highly recommend and worth the drive to enjoy the tasty food, variety of beer, spritzers, and non- alcoholic drinks for the whole family. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful.
The best thing was the live music (which was amazing). They also had great beer - as you’d expect from a brewery.
I would however avoid the cauliflower tacos, there was barely any cauliflower in them and was basically that with a few pickled onions on top. They were quite bland and dry and expensive for what it was. Easily the worst tacos I’ve ever had. That’s fine, chalked it up to being a touristy spot.
The worst part though, is when you pay. Make sure to pay attention because the options screen to tip has the numbers displayed there (as you’d normally see on most machines) in increments similar to the usual percentages (I.e. 15, 17…). The problem is that these were actually dollar amounts but the dollar signs weren’t displayed in front of these figures. So when I tipped, I thought I was tipping in percentage not dollars. Tipping $15 is kinda crazy for a bill that should have been $25 (1 order of tacos, and 1 beer) and that was their lowest tipping option. It’s on me for not having paid close attention while paying, but it is a bit of a deceptive practice. I’m sure I’m not the only person that has been caught by this. Ended up paying $40 for my tacos and a beer and noticed after paying. In addition to that, the service was extremely slow (and I’m a super patient person). Everyone had already ate by the time I received my food. My only comfort here was that I probably made the server’s day.
Fantastic beer, but really limited food options with some menu items being unavailable. Man, I really wanted to try the ceviche....
Absolutely a MUST visit. The flight of beers was outstanding. Real care has been put into their beer and ciders. Micro breweries are not normally known for the food. HOWEVER, the food was absolutely a 10. Trust me. If you're in Charlottetown, make the drive. Amazing place.

I have been to a lot of breweries internationally. This is a small one but well worth the shop. Great staff, vibe and selection brews.
Just had lunch there! Fabulous ?
Our server was amazing, and the food fresh. We will definitely be back!
For those with campers and pets, there Is a tie out in the shade ? where you can watch them from the patio.
The guys loved the craft beer while I enjoyed a house cola! Highly recommended
Come for the beer, stay for the Smash Burger. The kitchen at Copper Bottom is the best kept secret in Kings County … it shouldn’t be a secret, it is the BEST. There isn’t an item on the menu that isn’t fresh (beet salad), delicious (cauliflower tacos) and interesting (empanadas).
I suggest you pair anything with a Centennial Stock (my go-to fav) enjoy the exceptional service, then take home one of everything. Cheers!
food was lackluster, service was the highlight but could hear chef talking about inappropriate subject matter. could not recommend.
Nice atmosphere. Blues band was playing. Very enjoyable. I had a beet salad and stout cheesecake for dessert. Both were good.
