Brisket was tasty and all the sauces were enjoyable. The longhorn was great with beans as a side. However two orders of just brisket without the bun and a side had a measly portion of brisket. We specifically asked when phoning in our order of it was just one piece- and were told it was two. That was disappointing as far as quantity. Brisket was moist and flavourful.

It is a very large place to go with family and friends, it has a large bar for drinks and they have 3 different menus to order from. They also have live music on Saturdays.

Great food not so great on checking to see if you got everything ordered not a big deal bit when you pay 2 dollars for a extra sause it's good to get it. Maybe next time I get a brisket you could give me a extra cause I'm not paying twice
If I wanted to return to cafeteria style food and service I would go to a hospital or High School. Food was dry, over done. Service - you are the service. We won't be back!

I gave it 5 stars for value. The bbq for one has 5oz pulled pork, a huge amount of baked beans with pieces of beef brisket, garlic bread and a massive amount of really good fries. Enuf for two peiole for under $30! Pick up food at counter and out dishes on rack so no service. My black bean vegetable burger was spicy and excellent and I know from experience most vegetarian burgers are not great. Theirs is a 5oz home made black bean burger. Venue super simple. Adjoins a brewery.

Great service and comfortable atmosphere. BUT my wife and I had the most disgusting fish and chips we have ever had. Overcooked fish, very dark batter, burnt oil smell, starchy mush chips. It was a take out so by the time we parked by the Montague river it was too late to take it back. Gross !!

Loved the warm welcome by this lady at the front desk. She recommended us to try the vegie burgers since we were in search for halal ones but there were none. However, we tried them and loved it no doubt. The place has such a different vibe ✨ ? I was so pleased to have found a good burger place at the island.
