This place is a real contender for the worst McDonald's on the planet. No ketchup in the pumps, dirty washrooms, rude customer service, no napkins, food looked like it was thrown together. Just awful.

I don't think it's too much to ask to see a clean counter. If there's time to stand around, then keep busy with cleanliness. Fries didn't seem as fresh as I've had previously. Do I have to test them previously to leaving with my take out? Also, if I ask for a chicken wrap meal and mention my fry size and drink ,then why did I not get my fries in the bag? Fortunately, I asked and she added them in for 'free' ,supposedly....she told me I wasn't charged in ordering. That appears to be 2 mistakes on the part of my server. Wrap was ok, but low on dressing and poorly wrapped.

Just a typical Macdonalds but could you please fix the parking lot and entrance, the pot holes are massive and can do damage to vehicles. Been this way for way to long.
This McDonald’s has the biggest pot holes all throughout the drive through. If you have any standard vehicle you will be scrapping the bottom of your car. Staff is not well trained. They do not seem to know how to use the equipment and lets codes expire even before use. Very frustrating. They didnt have a solution for their mistake so we left the drive through without our order.

JUNE 9 2024----Hi all-just a note to say if you are going through the big M in montague and paying cash- make sure you count your money coming back--we just came through there and the cashier tried to rip us off for $10 dollars--- just a heads up--no accident--i was watching the person the whole time--and when he handed me the money i asked again-how much did you say and asked for cash receipt-then he just picked up 2 $5 and handed me them
