The team member that took our order went above and beyond to help me and the 2 handicapped people I had with me.... even came out to the car to help me when we were leaving! Wish I had gotten his name!
I ordered food and asked for fresh fries and they totally understood the assignment and even the tone of the drive thru guy is so friendly and he did a great chat with me . Totally love to be there.
I don't think it's too much to ask to see a clean counter. If there's time to stand around, then keep busy with cleanliness. Fries didn't seem as fresh as I've had previously. Do I have to test them previously to leaving with my take out? Also, if I ask for a chicken wrap meal and mention my fry size and drink ,then why did I not get my fries in the bag?
